- Children's program, onsite †The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Babysitters are also available to guests. Reservations are needed in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.

If I could rate this property at 10 star, I would starting with the general manager who welcomes his guest upon arrival to the Beautiful lobby and grounds!! The beach is very elegant with its white covered chairs and the service is impeccable! The food was also top-notch as well as the service. I will definitely be returning to the Palms Turks and Caicos. It has become one of my favourite hotels.

A place in Paradise you’ll want to come back to year after year!
The Palms is absolutely, beautiful, relaxing, and quaint. It was our second time visiting, and we chose to come back because of the smaller atmosphere and the quietness of it. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start our day. Jane greeted us each morning with a smile, has a positive attitude and is pleasant to talk to. Love their fresh orange juice machine and made to order omelets. Housekeeping did an impeccable job with keeping our room very clean, the newly renovated bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint would be there is not a shelf to put shower items on. The grounds and pool are very well taken care of and very comfortable pool lounge chairs. The manager at the pool restaurant was very hospitable, I don’t remember his name, but he was very friendly and took time to talk to us even when we weren’t eating at the restaurant. I had a massage at the spa with Ni and it was top notch, relaxing and tranquil. The last thing I want to mention is the concierges Ana and Chanel, they did not steer us wrong with our dinner reservations and excursions on the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. We will definitely try to get back again!

A Fab Experience!
You run your hotel like its your home. Everyone is friendly, the beach is immaculate, the food and bar service first class and fun as well. Palms at Turks & Caicos is awesome!
Fabulous hotel with great staff, wonderful service. Super clean grounds & room. Highly recommend! Stand out service from: Jane, Yolande, Russell, Reesa, Stacy, Whitney, Mario, Leah, Brianna & Jeff. Thanks for a fabulous stay! We loved it!

Great resort!
Beautiful resort and Jane was very hospitable at the restaurant. The breakfast was a nice bonus every morning. I would definitely recommend staying there. The swimming pool was heated which was a nice bonus due to the cooler weather in January
