This is perhaps the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at! Everything was top-notch: the staff, service, property, dining, guestrooms, pool, and proximity to the ocean. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind. The property was immaculate. You cannot beat the beauty and luxury of this hotel!

Perfect Getaway for Rest & Relaxation
This was our second stay at The Palms. Gorgeous property that is very well maintained. Newly completed renovations to the pool area and guest suites look great. Really nice location on Grace Bay. Staff here is extremely friendly. Jane does a great job as the daily breakfast host. Always has a smile on her face. The ladies at the front desk do an outstanding job. Sabine, Gereleline and Kamoia are all so kind and ready to assist guests with anything they needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

I would give 4.5if I could. Absolutely gorgeous grounds and great location. Not too busy of an area, great wide open beach - if you go down towards Beaches the beach narrows considerably. Wonderful staff- don’t know what changed from some of the older reviews but everyone was very pleasant. Sweet Miss Jane at breakfast was awesome and the breakfast buffet was great with a local everyday, plus the typical fare. We me letter station is great! Water and beach are fantastic. Dywan took me and my two boys, 7 and 9, out for an awesome cruise on the hobie cat. The pool is beautiful and the towel service by Arnel and team is well equipped. Oats at the bar served us in a monsoon at the outdoor bar that looks like the Guggenheim and a large floppy summer hat had a child The rooms are great. We had an oceanfront suite and got the pre-holiday rate with breakfast included. Bring snacks - like peanut butter and crackers Food is very expensive and my only knock was the $70 bill for chips and a small container of guacamole, 2 soft drinks and 2 aperol spritz’s that were very light on the aperol. The bar food is “meh” and dropping $200 on some flatbread pizzas, pasta and sliders and drinks is tough to absorb - try Mr Groupers nearby We did not do the restaurant for dinner for fear of a $500 bill for me,my wife and two boys. But the hotel is fantastic and we look forward to going back! Love the Palms and still daydreaming about that beach!

Average at best. Having stayed previously at the Wymara up the street I have a good comparison of the 2 properties. Food: 7/10-Nothing special for dinner or breakfast. Lunch was always on the beach for us and was fine. Breakfast was always outdoors and didn't have much variety. There was no real concern about presentation and replenishment. It felt thrown together. There was no indoor dining available anywhere on property, so be prepared to sweat at breakfast or dinner. Accommodations: 6/10- Dated rooms with ceiling leaks and mechanical problems. We were moved and relocated to another unit because of the problems encountered. People seem to like the size of the units, but that's not enough for us if it's a tired/dated unit. Service: 7/10-I feel like the built in service charges/taxes provides no incentive for self motivated service. I always had to FIND and ASK someone if I needed something at breakfast, lunch on the beach, or dinner. General Property Conditions: The beach is considered one of the best in the world and it did not disappoint. We spent no time at the pool because it wasn't appealing and did I mention that beach. I didn't find the pool too inviting the way it was configured and congested. The rest of property was fine, not great. Sometimes you get a feeling when you walk on property. Not at this one. Don't let the photos convince you otherwise. Overall I feel like this property has seen better days and could use a significant refresh both in service and accommodations. It certainly isn't worth the prices that it demands. Would I go back? NO

Wonderful family trip!
We visited in July 2024 with our teenaged daughter and 6 and 9 yo sons. Everyone had an amazing time. This is hands down the most beautiful beach in the world. The rooms were spacious. The service is unparalleled anywhere. Jane, Joann, Wes, Oats and Alvin went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will be back!
