This spa is the best! The service was amazing, Esperanza was excellent! The people at the reception desk were also wonderful. The rooms were very clean and well prepared, the atmosphere was dimly lit and relaxing with calming music. It was located in a very secluded and private location separate from everywhere else. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I got to choose which oil I’d like and which secondary treatment for the last 25 minutes. Everything was well done. 11/10!

Amazing
I am very impressed with gluten-free food choices. The restaurants stuff did their best to make sure there is no cross-contamination. I strongly recommend going to this resort if you have celiac or other gluten issues. The rest was amazing. We had a great vacation, will be coming back.

Great place
Room was clean and a great size. Service was fantastic. Great entertainment. Outstanding beach and views. I liked the size of the resort, didn't feel cramped and met a lot of great people. Didn't feel like you were entering and exiting a prison with gates and guards like other hotels. Close to the mall and attractions. Also close to " main area" around coconut bongo. As a first time traveler to Mexico, I had a fantastic time, and I will definitely be back.

Our overall experience for the week we were there was great! Rooms were clean, facilities were clean, food was amazing at restaurants, average at buffet. The beach area was always clean but hard to get a lounger. We found the pool to be on the smaller side, no swim up bar which was disappointing and seemed to get dirty quite fast. Benjamin at Azul was great with suggestions and so funny, making jokes with us. All the staff were super friendly!
