Upon our arrival at the Papagayo hotel, the way the reception staff received us and checked us in was spectacular, especially Dayanara and Ratenka with great joy and kindness, especially because I had forgotten my phone in the taxi and Dayanara called the taxi to return my phone, luckily she brought it back immediately. Our stay has been fabulous. The cleaning service in our room is excellent and the facilities are perfect. At the pool bar, we were well looked after, especially by Ana and her workers. She creates a good atmosphere and makes you feel at home. The Papagayo hotel is more than a hotel, it is being at home, but in the Caribbean, the kindness and joy of everyone make Curacao a unique, special, happy and magical island. We will surely return soon. Thank you very much.

Valintine bday
We got the best Service . Rosette was the best! She is manager house keeping and made my stay the best possibel. We Love u Rosette . Anissa,Reyno, Remie and Kevin is the Best at the reception. With the help of Hector. My oven had troubel and I dont know his real name but they call him grandi came to the rescue!. Great Stay here! We will be back soon.

Super friendly staff, especially Cindy from reception. But also Gatekeepers, room service and everybody working in the resort always have a smile… Villas are nice and spacious, but would welcome a (small) makeover. Beach is within walking distance and offers everything you need for a nice beach day.

Good to be there!
Excellent time there! I recommend this experience. The resort has good infrastructure as well as food and drinks are awesome. We spent the weekend over there, it was a great opportunity to enjoy life, if I could I would have stayed there for a week!!

Great weekend
Loved the villas, the wrap around porch, friendly and helpful staff, good location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and a super market. My only complaint is the uncomfortable beds, (quite hard). I would consider returning to this resort.
