    Great spot

    Very enjoyable week food was especially great Ivan our concierge was very helpful in navigating for us. The upgrade was well worth it to get the restaurant and the quiet pool area. Whale watching paradise with many sightings very close to shore

    Our favorite all-inclusive resort!

    Our 2nd time here.While we had another resort last year, didn’t come close to food satisfaction and Paradesis has a heated pool on the adult side.They have different plans to accommodate families with children as well as other special touches.Both trips were obtained via Costco. A great value for all they offer as an all-inclusive resort.We recommend the Reserve adults only option for all they frills for an unforgettable and relaxing vacation. They are closing May 31,2025 for a year of renovation. We can’t wait to book in 2026-2027.

    Paradisus birthday trip

    The staff at Paradisus was amazing. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Our Club Melia personal concierge, Rodolfo Medina, was invaluable and helped us make the most of our stay. He worked to setup dinner and trip reservations which made everything simple. He even responded and helped us out on his day off. It was a great trip.

    Our Honeymoon Getaway

    My wife and I came for paradise and we sure got it! From the food, to the pools, to the drinks, it was utter relaxation and truly paradise. The staff made us feel welcomed and pampered. Enrique went above and beyond, he made it a magical experience for us! My only complaints were our last two days a large group Elevate came through and they were extremely rude guests. It screwed up our dining experience at Lemon Fish, which we had been very excited for and had reserved much more in advance than the other group. Luckily, the next day Sal made up for it. We also were not fond of the playa del Carmen trip. We were left at the tequila factory and otium did a poor job of making us feel safe/getting us back. It ruined an entire day and we preferred staying on resort as a result. The resort itself was phenomenal 10/10! The staff made this place shine!

    Such an amazing stay! The staff here is soooooooooo sweet and great and they really accommodate to every need you possibly have, the staff including jorge, flor, baltazar, dino ,yoni ,leo, didier, they are so great and go above and beyond for the experience and they are really lovely people. The food is also amazing ! They have a nespresso station which is so nice and the place is super clean and well taken care of. I love the swim up bar and the water activities were so affordable and a plus to the place
