    Paradises Cancun

    Jose Garcia at Capella restaurant assisted us with amazing dinner choices. The food was excellent and his Fun personality added to the experience. Abraham at the Ginger bar is always excellent. His mixology expertise has us trying new and wonderful drinks every time we visit.

    Great service!

    I had a 75 Mn total body massage with Guadalupe! It was very well done and so very relaxing! The spa had a very zen feeling to it with the water features just outside the spa. I was pleased with the experience overall. Would liked if I could’ve charges it to my room instead of having to pay immediately onsite. At another Paradisus I was able to charge my service to my room.

    Concierge service

    5 stars to Enrique, our concierge. That man is a gem! He made sure we had reservations at every restaurant we wanted to eat at, at the time we requested. He had some nice treats and surprises waiting for us in our room at least 3 days out of the week we were there (which was a complete surprise to us). He was very friendly, polite, and just an all around pleasure to deal with. He made sure we had everything we needed all week long, and always had a smile on his face. We're seriously considering returning when their renovations are complete. If we do, I sincerely hope he is there so we can request him as our concierge again. He made everything easy, we just had to show up. My overall experience was amazing. A quick shout out to David and Victor at the Bali bed booth . Those two fellas rocked the house as well.

    Excellent service and food

    The Cappella restaurant was delicious ! Our waiter, Jose Cahun, personalized his sevice for our family of 9 that ranged from 11 month old infant in a high chair to a 5 and 7 year olds to 2 generations of adults ! We were swiftly delivered all the courses to keep both adults and children happy. The appetizers included meatballs, soup and calamari that were very tasty. Our main entrees ranged from chicken Parmesan, lasagna, sea bass to risotto and scallops ! All were perfectly cooked and tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant and server staff .

    Great Cancún Vacation

    I took the advice of previous visitors and upgraded to the Adult Only Reserve. Since it was only my wife and I on this trip, not having to hear screaming children or watch out for running little ones, was great. Everyone on the staff that we interacted with were fantastic: our concierge Enrique, the cabana concierges David and Victor, our waiters Josue, Miguel, our spa staff Kristel, Keyli, Martin, the entertainment team were off the hook - Say and Daniel were not stop fun. We are sad that they will be closed for a year long massive renovation starting next month, but are looking forward to coming back when they reopen.
