    Eating vegan at Paradisus Los Cabos

    Amazing experience. The reserve service was exceptional our Concierge Cristina went above and beyond and took care of her really need. Carlos set up our Cabanas. He made us feel so special and he was so professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. Kevin at the reserve restaurant was increíble and made us feel extremely welcome and pampered. Amir the server at the reserve pool also gave us a great service. And attended to our every need and was Very attentive. The food at the hotel restaurants was incredible my daughter and I are both vegan and this is one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. All of the restaurants had great options and the food was fantastic. Especially the Italian restaurant. We did the candlelight dinner and it was one of the highlights of the trip I highly recommend it. My compliments to the chef it was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

    Exceptional Experience

    Excellent Resort, excellent food, excellent customer service and we would like to give Aide the Lobby Ambassador five stars because she was always willing to help us out and I spilled and stained my white shirt the first day and she immediately took care of it and returned my clean white shirt better than ever!! We will definitely be back.

    Try the Asian restaurant!

    We loved the Asian restaurant! Angel was amazing!! Food was top notch including sushi! 👌 I loved There was a nice mocktail option. The beach Is beautiful as well. We enjoyed our three night stay very much. Stunning views, clean beach, great service. 10/10

    Paradisus Paradise

    The staff was friendly and helpful. Our concierge Christina was fabulous. She made our stay one of the best experiences we have had. She was responsive to my many questions, and helped to ensure we had reservations for all 8 of us whenever we needed. She also helped to answer ways to get the yellowtail fish back that the guys caught.

    Excellent stay at Meliá Paradisus Los Cabos - March 2025

    This is our second time in two years at a Meliá Paradisus property using the Reserve services. The Reserve amenities at our previous property (Paradisus La Perla) were excellent. The Reserve pool, restaurant, private bar, etc. were worth the extra expense. That said, our concierge was just ok, and we were concerned that it would be the same in Los Cabos. Fortunately, Juventino was an excellent concierge. Not only was he efficient, he was also kind and attentive. Kevin and the entire staff of Sante were wonderful. Carlos and his team went out of their way to provide a top-notch beach and pool cabana experience. I am probably forgetting several people that should be mentioned. We had a lovely, relaxing experience and highly recommend Paradisus Los Cabos.
