    Great service at a great resort

    We had never been to this resort before but read a lot of good reviews, and got a good deal with Southwest Airlines Vacations so gave it a try and so glad we did. We were in the Reserve section which has a private checkin, your own concierge and access to a restaurant and pool only for reserve guests. For us, this was worth the extra money. The reserve restaurant, Santa, was exceptional. Our concierge Roberto was amazing. When he heard my husband’s favorite drink was Dr. Pepper, which they don’t have at the resort, he brought some from the store for us. He really looked out for us. At the Reserve pool, Arim took absolutely amazing care of us. He knew we liked being in the shade so he kept moving our umbrella to keep us in the shade all day. He gave great service and was super nice . He really made the Reserve pool the place to be. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The food at the restaurants was very good, except for the steak house. I would definitely return to this resort.

    The Paradisus Has Everything You Need

    The Paradisus Resort is nothing short of amazing. This was our second time vacationing here and the Paradisus makes it so easy to relax and enjoy yourself. The service, food, drinks, and amenities are amazing. The Paradisus has all the little extras from the ice cream shop, to the coffee bar, to fun activities around the resort to make your stay memorable. (Also, the resort is very food-allergy conscious making it easy to dine there.)

    Perfection

    This resort is GORGEOUS! Food and beverage were all amazing and our concierge Diego was amazing. We saw whales from the resort daily. The staff was consistently helpful and the resort is always spotless-including pool and beach restrooms. It was amazing in every way.

    Incredible stay at Paradisus Los Cabos for my wife’s birthday trip!! We have loved every moment!!

    Our visit at Paradisus Los Cabos has been fantastic!! We are here celebrating my wife’s birthday and we have loved our stay! The facilities are beautiful, all of the staff are fantastic and extremely attentive and accommodating!! We had a Couples Massage in the Spa with Maria and Monica and the services were fantastic! Jose and Lunna were excellent hosts for our Spa Services and Juventino, our concierge had been doing a fantastic job making sure everyone knows it is my wife’s birthday at every turn. We have received birthday deserts in our room, at dinner and even following our spa services!!

    Eating vegan at Paradisus Los Cabos

    Amazing experience. The reserve service was exceptional our Concierge Cristina went above and beyond and took care of her really need. Carlos set up our Cabanas. He made us feel so special and he was so professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. Kevin at the reserve restaurant was increíble and made us feel extremely welcome and pampered. Amir the server at the reserve pool also gave us a great service. And attended to our every need and was Very attentive. The food at the hotel restaurants was incredible my daughter and I are both vegan and this is one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. All of the restaurants had great options and the food was fantastic. Especially the Italian restaurant. We did the candlelight dinner and it was one of the highlights of the trip I highly recommend it. My compliments to the chef it was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
