Food accommodation success!
This family vacation has been amazing. One of my main concerns were my many food allergies, and each of the restaurants were amazing about it. Our concierge, Juan Carlos made sure to tell each of the restaurant’s about my allergies and they all were so great about accommodating them all. Our waiters, Rafael at agua marina, Jacobo at Malva, and Karina Maya at Sante were all spectacular! They all have made the trip so much more relaxing and I would recommend them and this resort to all people with allergies and food accommodations.

Relaxing getaway
Wonderful trip! The staff was lovely, especially Francisco at the pool! Some other reviewers thought the pool was too cold but it was just right for us (it is, in fact, heated). The food was good - Sante in particular. The coffee and ice cream shops were fantastic. The breakfast was good, lots of options. Areas for improvement: less competing music (poolside at times there were three different sources). The Mexican restaurant food could use some tweaks. Water bottle refill stations would be good to cut down on waste.

Perfect relaxing week
We had a perfect relaxing trip. Great service from Francisco at the pool, Gisela and Susana at breakfast, Ignacio for dinner. And Juan Carlos was an outstanding concierge. The woman who works at the coffee shop is delightful, as well as our friend at the ice cream shop. Thank you to all for making our anniversary special.

This is one of our favourite places, clean, good food and staff that makes you feel like a king. Highly reccomended.
Loved the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone there literally did their best to make us feel welcomed and special. While nothing is perfect in life, for all the elements the hotel could control, they did and they went above and beyond to make sure anything and everything we asked for was fulfilled. We went during Dec. 14 - Dec 21. The hotel at this period seemingly had very few people and there were times I felt like we were the only people in the hotel. I hear they get quite busy at times, but during this period they were quite empty. For us, this was exactly what we wanted and almost felt like we had a private resort, which felt very luxurious. The hotel has a baby sea turtle restoration project and seemingly daily release baby sea turtles that are hatching out to the sea which you can view and experience. It was amazing. I'd highly recommend this hotel. A small note, as with most resorts that I've seen in Mexico, there are always these people who approach you who appear to be hotel staff, but they are selling some kind of dream. We had one guy doing this and even offered to give us free tours if we "only sat for a 45 minute meeting". While I wasn't willing to sit in the meeting for something free, I'd say ahead of time that whatever they are selling is most likely a scam and to skip it. We went to the Pacific Tours people directly at the hotel and found them fair and easy to book with and we were glad we skipped the scam type meeting. If you find someone trying to give you anything free for a 45 minute meeting, I'd advise highly that you skip that. ALSO, DO NOT USE THE TAXIS. The hotel will not let you know that Uber works really really really well and is 60% cheaper than the taxis. While you might hear Taxis are safer, you can find Uber drivers with great stats and they are waiting just outside the hotel and within a 2 minute walk outside the gate in a safe area for pickup.
