    We had 2 weeks of very special treatment by the staff. Especially our concierge Miriam. She was wonderful. She made us feel very special and she went above and beyond in helping us. The resort was wonderful. The food was great. Our Circle membership experience was the best we have ever had.

    Good but not great

    Good food. Service not good if you give no tip. Difficult to have chairs on the beach. Impossible to have chairs or better near the pool. People wake up at 6-7am and put towels on them. They come to the pool much later on. Impossible to try the restaurants. The after checking in, i went to book them. I only had 2 choices at the end of the week Also lots of rooms are oriented inside swimming pool area and there are shows/wedding there until 10pm. I have young kids which go to bed at 8pm. At check in, i have not been informed of the ameneties and the possibilities on the resort

    Excellent

    Junior suite nature view was amazing! Quiet and beautiful view of the pool area. Had breakfast on our balcony evey day. The pool area was clean and the servers were very attentive. The beach was beautiful and had a shaded area with table and chairs. Seaweed was present but was not a problem ( no smell)We will definitely return!

    Great service, good food, average entertainment, old resort that needs better maintenance!

    Really enjoyed the service and the food at the restaurants; buffet is average not the best! I was able to booked reservations about a month ago through e-concierge, very happy was able to do that! Stayed for 5 nights and used the Kidsdom only twice; unfortunately my 10 year old was very bored. Definitely better for younger kids; the resort needs more entertainment for sure, for day and night! This was our 5th time going to Riviera Maya; therefore we can compare to other resorts and can say that the common areas need more loving care, more maintenance specially because it is an older resort. Every body offered spectacular service; thank you!

    Beach staff - Rosario and Ricardo

    We spent our entire week at the beach and we were fortunate to meet Rosario and Ricardo. They were very friendly, prompt and quick with their service. On one windy day, Ricardo promptly organized a cabana for us to rent! These two definately stood out during our stay.
