Best drinks at the resort
The martinis at M bar were fantastic! Eddy and Domingo are amazing, great friendly service. Best drinks in the resort! Had the rob roy and ginger martinis and may have found our new favourite drinks. Bartenders were great making consistently delicious cocktails.

Celebrating our 25th anniversary at Hands down the best resort in Mexico!
Our 4th time here and it never disappoints! The staff is absolutely fantastic! Food is exquisite! And now I can get steak house without an extra charge! Sign me up! We stayed at the Perla side adult only. Swim up suite is our favorite and our butler Carlos and Cynthia had everything done for us! Also Alfredo at quiet pool remembered us from last year really made it special. Magdiel at M-bar did an amazing job with our pre dinner drinks. Also (forgot his name) but he helped us out a lot at Lapalapa even when they were about to close. Since our room was right across the pool! Always made it happen! And so many others! And can’t forget the beach! Beautiful!

John from ottawa
Hi. This is our second year. That year for February and March. This year for January and February. Our condo st dk52 is fine. But we have found the infrastructure of the city is falling apart. Even the famous 5th ave is getting old and dirty looking. Many condo buildings throughout the city are started but never finished. There is a lack of street signs throughout the city. Tourist have a hard time. Probably our last visit.

Excellent Stay - Excellent Staff, with a few caveats
The hotel is excellent, but what really makes the experience was the cooperative and kind hotel staff. Almost every single member was cordial, kind, and genuinely interested in satisfying whatever needs you have. My stay was for 8 days and I could write an essay on every aspect of my trip but I'm too lazy. I will just mention those that went above and beyond our expectations. Firstly, our family concierge Jonathan was great. He made all of our reservations, and followed up with us on new activities. He made sure all of our dietary needs were addressed correctly and our trip would not have been the same without him. The chef in Bana was excellent as well - his name is Manuel. He made us a meal several times that were suited to our specific dietary restrictions and it was an A+. In Naos, Yardinia the captain was extremely courteous and helpful. She always greeted us with a genuine smile and genuine want to help. Yardinia runs Naos excellently with no room for improvement. It was perfect every day of my stay. The head chef Cristian had briefed all of the other restaurant chefs on our dietary needs and they were all excellent. Only one staff member was unpleasant - it was the tattoo guy working the Nespresso bar. He never smiled or spoke, and only gestured with his head and hands. It was not a language barrier issue - he was just a very unpleasant guy who looks like he hated his job. He should be moved else where. One other sore point that was a surprise to us was that there are animals that roam freely by the pool, in restaurants and in the lobby, and mostly no one seems fazed by it. They have these racoon/monkey type of animal that can smell food from a mile away and will go through your bags with their hands and take whatever they can. Frankly, it was disgusting and very off putting. I came to relax on vacation, not to be on-guard for animals lurking in my peripheral vision. I witnessed one of this "caoti" jump onto a child and take food out of their hands. They also jump into garbage cans and rummage freely. The hotel staff and guests seem to welcome it - I and my family thought it was awful and it might be the reason I might not return. The hotel needs to address this. Other than that, my stay was nice and relaxing for the most part and I will consider strongly returning.

Awesome resort
We spent 7 days total in the Family concierge master swimup room in block B. We’re a family of four (one three year old and one 8 mon old). The setup was awesome. The resort provided us with a crib (which you should ask for prior to arriving) so we could sleep in the king sized bed while the children slept in the ”living room”. The bathroom was incredibly nice. We had both a shower and bathtub as well as the hottub on the terrace. We took advantage of all of it. Almost every evening was spent in the hottub once the kids were asleep. All the kids water parks were awesome as well. From the pirate ship to the aqua parc. The beach is beautiful and the sand is incredibly soft. There’s football/soccer nets for those who enjoy that. The food was much better than compared to other resorts we have been to. If you enjoy traditional Mexican food (as I do) then you absolutely have to eat at Cielo and Blue agave but I really need to emphasize that all the restaurants are great. All the staff we interacted with was incredibly nice and accommodating, especially our personal concierge Edouardo Gamboa, who booked all our restaurants for us and made changes as needed. All in all, had a great vacation and will definitely be back.
