Excellent food, great service and friendly staff (especially the staff the buffet!). Very toddler friendly with activities and childcare included. Beautiful resort as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a family friendly resort.

Just finished our stay at Paradisus. We loved that the property wasn’t too big. Easy to navigate and short walks from room to pool to beach to restaurants. The room was clean and well taken care of. Nothing too fancy but spacious for our family of 4. The main pool area isn’t overly big considering the size of the resort. Not a ton of seating next to the pool. While there is lots of chairs in the area not many are right at the pool. You end up sitting a distance from the main pool. The food was decent. Breakfast was the same every morning. We tried most of the restaurants for families other than the Italian. Our favourite restaurant was Bana by far! Great staff and great show with dinner. One thing about the restaurants though is that family concierge makes their reservations before they get there so a lot of the earlier times for dinner are taken. Earliest times we were able to make reservations was 8pm. We made it work but our kids were exhausted by that time most nights. We had one issue at the pool bar but the staff went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved and we were looked after. The beach is beautiful but there isn’t a ton of seating considering the number of guests here. Our kids loved the aqua zone. Wonderful waterpark. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Great family resort with terrific staff and little special perks like the water park and ice cream parlor.
We had a wonderful experience, great service, super clean rooms and restocking of the mini bar and snacks. At the pool the service was so friendly and efficient especially Graacla (pool Celsius) who was very helpful for my daughter who had a 3 year old and a 5 month old. The pools were all very clean and the first aid staff was very prompt and efficient. There is a bit of a safety issue on the ramp going across the fish pond going to the ice cream parlor. Several people fell in at the corners. Also for parents with little ones standing in line for ice cream it can get crowded. The Blue Angave restaurant was disappointing, especially given it was Mexican food. Food was bland and cold, the churros were microwaved and rock hard (the plate was EXTREMELY hot so they were heated on the plate) One other issue was the fact that the elevator did not work and we were on the 4th floor which was difficult for the stroller and little ones. We were relocated to an area that had a functioning elevator which we greatly appreciated. They really take care of their customers.

Celsius crew was great!
Graciela and the staff did an amazing job taking care of us and all surrounding guests. The food was fresh and delicious but the services was above and beyond what is expected in typical resorts. Would come back just for the smiles and good vibes!!

My first time in Mexico and it was the best experience! The food has been exceptional and more than anything, the staff is so kind and nice. They are always ready to help. Graciela at celcius was unbelievably kind. She was so patient and so friendly! Her service was unprecedented. I will come back just to see her smile :) thank you for wonderful memories paradisus!
