    Nothing special. Foiod was better than anticipated but still not great. Room needs renovated but overall the rest of the resort was in good condition.

    Great for solo,family and friends.

    We stayed there for 7days, we had a deluxe room and it was perfect. Their service were excellent, food was good and amenities are just awesome. It was close to everything, La isla shopping mall which was just infront of this hotel. They have good activities each day plus a show every night at the lobby where everyone is having a good time. Totally would recommend this hotel and totally would come back.

    Park Royal experience

    service was exceptional...very clean...everyone was so helpful...staff picks up dishes and brings coffee or drinks right away...food was very good and flavorful. I love papaya and they had plenty for every meal...walleball all day. Melba and Fatima were giving us free massage in the morning...they are very good. Uceil, activity coordinator and Jo made our stay special

    It’s been awesome

    Service is great Joel from entertainment is the best and the bartenders Mario and Omar are great and Fidel is amazing waitress nice people and fun activity’s safe place me and my family love this place and would definitely come back it’s been a great experience.

    A Nightmare!

    Do not injury yourself or have an accident as the hotel staff are useless and didn't help except bandage and call a taxi to hospital! And be prepared to pay for that too....
