    Meh

    The room had dirty sheets, the buffet room had a cockroach, the elevator broke, the room had no views or amenities although we are timeshare holders. The location is wonderful, the staff is friendly and the specialty restaurants are a great place with good food and good staff. Just needs upkeep and maintenance overall.

    Do NOT stay here,

    It is one of the worse hotels i have ever stayed in. Do not waist your money here. Location was good but.... the hotel is old, rooms have no walls, you can hear your neighbors like we all share one room. Beds are terrible, i had back problems while i was there. Food always the same, no teste. Mexican restaurant was very disappointing, which i expected to be the best. Staff is rude, managers not helpful at all. Overall i do not recommend this place to anybody.

    Mediocre at best

    Being royal holiday members at the platinum level, I expected a lot more from this resort. We did not get the room that we requested, despite putting it in notes that we want the ocean view presidential suite In addition to that, we struggled with getting some vegetarian food at the restaurants after spending 30 minutes with them requesting it Someone by the name of Teresa was kind enough to assist us with that a day before we were leaving

    Ocean great, services bad especially food

    Ocean and beach great, location great. Food terrible. Kids with food were allowed in adults only pool. Only 2 elevators in the main building with many guests. Most of staff didn't know what they were doing and suppose to do. In general, hotel is not interested for you to return.
