    Wisconsin girls trip November 2024

    The beds were comfortable. The resort was Really clean. Jorge went over and above for us. Cesar as well. Alfonso was great in the restaurant. The entire staff was attentive.It was a very enjoyable trip. I just wish they had more options at the pool bar for alcohol.

    Hotel needs maintenance & they do nothing about screaming kids in the dining rooms.

    If you want peace & tranquility I do not recommend. If you want a place where you let your kids run wild without any repercussions this is the place for you. Just the plain honest experience I had; call it as I see it. Now there were some hotel employees (David-Bell hop) & waitresses (Fabiola was one of many) who worked very hard to keep up with the mess people left behind.

    Awesome. We had a great time inspite of the heat. The staff checked on us frequently. Room was cleaned every day

    Enjoyable family experience

    Not my first all inclusive resort definitely would recommend. It’s clean the Staff is excellent. It is a very family friendly environment. Clean beaching and not too roudy. I will definitely be back My only complaint would be that the Italian restaurant is only available by appointment to get there early because spot fill up quick
