We had the most amazing stay at Romer House Waikiki! The room was cozy, the entire property was well maintained, the location was central, the staff were awesome, most especially the folks at the frontdesk. The service was a perfect 10! As guests, we felt at home. Everything about the hotel and everyone who worked there all made our vacation memorable. Highly recommended, will definitely stay again when we are back in Honolulu!

Tried to get reservations here between 11pm-12pm. Staff was absolutely awful and unhelpful in every way possible. You don't want us as guests....we won't oblige you. Took my business elsewhere. Don't even bother. Said there were rooms and we could pay what they want directly and "get what we get" or book online where it said there were rooms, but then staffer said they were full so good luck when you get here and there aren't any rooms. Really?

My new favorite spot in town for Kama'āina
My new favorite place to stay in town (as a HI local). The staff at Romer house is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to the valet, and most definitely the bar/restaurant, everyone was friendly and working hard to make our stay great. They're also great to work with for group events. I had 15 friends come from the mainland and the staff was patiently worked with us to get 7 rooms near each other with no advance notice (not expected and definitely appreciated)! We appreciated that the bars and restaurants on site are priced below typical area prices, and when we wanted to venture out for meals, there were more options within 2 blocks then you'll be able to try in a week long stay.

STAY HERE FOR THE COOLEST VIBE IN WAIKIKI
Such a cool spot in an amazing location. I loved that it was off of the main Waikiki strip because of the privacy and chill vibe just steps away from the madness. The food at the restaurant was so amazing and I loved the team as well. Definitely my go-to hotel in Hawaii now.

Romer House Waikiki
Our family with 4 couples had planned a Norwegian cruise with our 87 year old mother. Unfortunately, our mother fell the night before at a different hotel. She ended up having surgery and rehab. So we were in desperate need for a hotel since our accommodations were on the cruise ship. Jamie and Nani have been the best. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Once we got word our mother could be release she set us up with an accessible room. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We highly recommend the Romer House Waikīkī Hotel. The location is 1/2 a block from the International Market Place and all kinds of shopping, restaurants and beach near by.
