Wow wow wow
We were recommended by friends to call in for massage and stayed for dinner! Beautiful location with a lovely pool. The staff accommodated an “on the spot” massage and facial which were exceptional. We felt so welcome we decided to stay for dinner. The service was brilliant, the food was delicious and the location spectacular. Highly recommend.

AN OUTSTANDING HOLIDAY AT AN OUTSTANDING RESORT HOTEL
We spent a fantastic 10 nights at this wonderful resort. The location was perfect for us and the overall quality of the hotel was outstanding. But the staff made the stay that much more memorable. The reception staff, the cleaning staff, the concierge staff and the restaurant and bar staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay the very best of vacations.

This hotel felt straight out of a dream, or an Instagram post :) I will always dream about coming back to this place!
DEFINTELY go at the end of Septemeber for the best experience. Not only is it a lot less busy and crowded, it's not as hot, AND we got to see a nearby firework show because it was the last weekend (of sept) of their official tourism season. This hotel was the best of our Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini trip. Just everything was great! The pillows, the bed, the rooms, the VIEW. The pool, the BREAKFAST was amazing! So much fruit and options. The sea view and access was amazing- the water was perfect temperature and no current! The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so eager to help and polite, we got so much free free food and wine when we ate at their amazing restaurant for dinner our first night. I tried Rooster for the first time! It was like the best tender dark meat I'd ever had! They have an amazing rooftop access for the best sunset pictures and these circle beds all around to lay out on during the day. There's also a shuttle bus only about $3 to take you into town-about 10 minutes. Definitely go to Fabrica- a shopping labyrinth area only accessible by walking-no cars., with the best shops and souvenirs!

Platys Gialos Gem
Petasos is located 20 mins by cab from The Ferry port . The rooms were clean and the AC was perfect. We had a small balcony which over looked the pool and the Marina. There is no elevator needed for the hotel as it’s just one flight of stairs. Our check in was smooth and our luggage was promptly delivered to our room and picked up too when we were leaving. There is the Platys Gialos bus stop outside the hotel and buses leave every 30 mins which is the biggest benefit if you want to go into Mykonos town and they run late at night too. You can also buy bus tickets at the hotel reception or inside the bus. The hotel doesn’t provide any complimentary water. Pro tip: 1) bus stop right outside the hotel 2) good pool size and enough chairs 3) there is a bakery right outside the hotel if you want snacks , drinks or even get pastries and lunch. 4) couple of amazing tavernas within 5 mins walk Our big let down was that the breakfast was not the best like other Greece hotels. It was a let down actually. The lattes and cappuccinos were weak and not even warm. I would recommend that the hotel management get away from breakfast buffet to al a carte. The worst part about the room was our bathroom. It’ had its fixtures in the middle of the walk in shower! It’s the worst design on the planet. The whole bathroom design was not functional and honestly it was more of a physical hazard. If you are full figured individual be careful in booking certain rooms I guess as the bathroom configuration is bad.

A Piece of Heaven
I just got back from the most incredible vacation. My fiancé had initially booked us for a short stay at Petasos Beach Resort & Spa, but it was not long before this place started to feel like a home away from home and we ended up extending our stay to 3 full weeks! For starters, the location is unbeatable because not only does it offer easy access to two of the most popular beaches in Mykonos (Psarou & Platys Gialos) it also boasts its own private beach, exclusive to hotel guests. Another location advantage is having the bus stop right outside the hotel. In just 15 minutes you are right in the heart of Mykonos town. Our room was spacious for a standard category and immaculately clean. Housekeeping did a stellar job maintaining it that way, replacing towels & toiletries and replenishing the minibar as often as needed. Every day began with a generous breakfast buffet spread with assorted goodies and choice of coffee while overlooking the Aegean Sea. By late afternoon, we were lounging around the (salt water) pool area while quenching our thirst with tasty cocktails and snacking on delicious bites. I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone, without exception, was courteous and attentive and made it their top priority to ensure our satisfaction. The VIP restaurant is a must try featuring an eclectic selection of gourmet dishes and stunning views of the waterfront, by romantic candlelight no less. It is also reasonably priced. If you choose to wander off the resort, several dining options await - all within walking distance - whether you choose haute cuisine or a casual meal. I pampered myself to a full body massage and a facial at their spa facility and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I also kept up with my workouts as their fitness center was so irresistibly inviting with state-of-the-art equipment that it motivated me to remain disciplined. I could go on and on, but this is something you must see for yourself. It is a magical place where you leave wanting more - even after three weeks. A FINAL NOTE to Mr. YIANNI; I am sincerely indebted to you. Your every thoughtful gesture did not go unnoticed, and it was deeply appreciated. Compliments on running a truly remarkable establishment and for having created a little piece of heaven right here on earth. I could not help but fall in love.
