I went with my family for vacations and to celebrate Christmas for the week and it was amazing. The crew was extremely nice and helpful and the food was great. The environment is very warm and the every time I went to the gym Benn and Abi helped me a lot and were very kind.

Great honeymoon at planet hollywood!
It was my honeymoon i stay six days It was a great experience instead of going to the buffet in the morning, I guard room service thanks to Cersar he always helped with our food Gyms in resort are pretty basic but i love this one. Do they have anything i need big thanks to Benn one of the instructors there very helpful and knowledgeable. As a musician, it's important to me the music , they always have d gas by the pool, live music and activities running all day and all night too. So thank you for the entertainment theme for making our vacation fun. Big, thank you to fernando, milton and jaz I'm an easy person so I had a great time, me and my wife, we always go with the flow, Definitely I will come back again.

Super fun stay at Planet Hollywood in Cancun!
Planet Hollywood was such a wonderful stay! Great scenery, pools, beach, and super fun activities. Catch seafood was the best restaurant, and great food all around. The Pumped gym is wonderful, great layout and sports, and the staff is super helpful. Ben always made sure we were well equipped and is very kind. Loved the stay, would come again!

"Perfect Getaway with Great Food, Clean Beach, and Thoughtful Details"
The food and workouts were excellent, and the fuel station always had fresh coffee and honey in small glass jars, which added a charming touch. The beach was pristine, with no seaweed, and very peaceful. The room service as always fresh and the staff was always helpful.

My experience at the gym was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive, making every visit enjoyable and motivating. I highly recommend this gym to anyone! Clarissa was amazing and always happy to help! :)
