We just got back from our stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun. We had the swim out pool room. Amazing weather all week the beach is very close to the resort. We had 2 butlers that were amazing Edwar and Angel took care of all of our dinner reservations, gave us great advice for excursions and made sure anything we needed was taken care of 5 ⭐️ Restaurants were good nice variety. They had a show/performance every night after dinner. Lazy river was well used by us all week. Couple things we didn’t like the pool bars close down too early 5pm while the pools remain open until 7pm. We booked a king bed but when we were checking in we were told we would be getting 2 beds instead even though we clearly had booked a king bed. Overall still a great experience the resort is large lots of activities for both adults and kids the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great stay!
Had a terrific time during our all-inclusive 3 night stay. We stayed on the adult side of the resort and the rooms were really clean and the villas we stayed in had a great swim-out pool and nice cabana which was excellent and provided privacy.

Amazing service in general. Angel and Edwar were the best butlers ever. The food was good, There is always enough towels but during the March break, expect to have a hard time finding chairs at the pool. It highly recommend this hotel. Caroline, Christian, Rosie and Alexi.

Butlers Edwar and Angel are the best!
We stayed in the Adult Scene section, with Star Class for 9 nights to attend our grandsons wedding. The staff was very friendly and always accommodating. Star Class comes with butler service and Edwar and Angel took great care of all our various needs. Edwar went so far as to stop at several pharmacies after his shift to find something I needed. Talk about above and beyond. Bravo! They checked in with us multiple times a day for anyway they could make our vacation more enjoyable. Best service we have enjoyed in over 10 years going to Mexico. We found the food excellent but on a few occasions the waiter service was much less than attentive. Dinner shouldn't take over 2 hours in a partially filled restaurant.

A great holiday
We came back Saturday and had a great time . We had an issue with our room being musty when we first got there but they moved us quite quickly and checked in on us for the rest of our stay. We read a few negative reviews before we went and were concerned we’d made a mistake booking this Hotel . The staff work really hard to make sure that you have a great experience and I couldn’t fault the service we received . Many thanks to Itai from guest services and all of the hard working stafff who really went above and beyond to make sure we had memorable holiday
