So far my Experience here has been very well, all of the workers were very fast and efficient in helping us. One staff memeber in particular stood out her name is Tamara at the buffet! She was very kind and always made sure we had everything 100/10

Feb 22, 2025Awful vacation, we are glad we didn’t have to stay in our room for the whole day with that smell.
The hotel was very nice, but one of the sinks in the bathroom kept smelling so bad. The whole room had that smell for our whole stay which was three nights. Even though we informed the hotel, still they weren’t able to take care of it fast. The smell was coming out of the sewer, And they sent a young man with a spray to take care of it!!!! Which, for sure it didn’t work. It seems the management is not properly taking care of the hotel.

Can’t go wrong staying here
Great hotel. Rooms were fantastic with great views. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Buffet was fantastic. This what a buffet should be. Tex Mex restaurant was alright. The burger place by the pool just alright. Bars are on point. The staff here are unbelievable. Always smiling and helpful. Management should be proud of each and everyone.

Great food and ambience
My first visit to Costa Rica and Planet Hollywood. The food is delicious at So Cal. There’s something for everyone here. In particular, the servers are pleasant and helpful. I really like the service Gilberto provided. He made my visit extremely wonderful.

PH and SoCal Buffet
Our whole experience at planet holleywood was out of this world. The resort is clean, staff is friendly, and offering is truly exceptional! Freddy & Wendy waited on us at the buffet and was amazing! They were attentive and went above and beyond with their service…even bringing the kids ice cream when it wasn’t even offered!
