5* for cleanliness. Food is good, but no variety. The children's pool is perfect for ages 0 to 6 and the service at this location was great. Otherwise we had no service. We weren't able to eat at any restaurants except 1 because no one was able to make reservations for our group everyone was throwing the ball around. For the older ones, the activities have to be paid for, so they are really disappointed. The mini bar was never filled, you had to ask for it to be filled. No service from the Air Canada representative either. It wasn't worth the price we paid

We celebrated my wife’s 50th Birthday. We had such an amazing time. The hospitality, service, views, and everything we experienced was absolutely perfect. Seven days was not enough. I look forward to returning back soon. Our Butlers Edwar Garita and Angel Gutiérrez truely made our stay exceptional. They were there to assist us with everything we needed. Thank you both. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Fun at the Star Class Pool.
Alejandra was a great entertainment at the Star Class pool, she was very friendly, professional and taught us some Spanish! The servers at the pool were fantastic, they were very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. It was a great experience.

Nothing but good Vibes! Energy here is off the charts!
Traveled to Planet Hollywood Cancun November 16-23-2024. My husband and I traveled down with another couple to celebrate my 40th bday. Let me tell you what an experience. Everything was perfect. Immediately they upgraded my friends room, sent champagne to welcome us and gave us wicked deals on the spa, Cabana and flow rider. We rented a cabana 2 out of the 7 days and let me tell you...rent the cabana! It is an experience you will never forget. They have foam parties Saturdays and Tuesdays at the adult pool. This was my husband and I favorite event hands down. We are at every restaurant and they were all fabulous but east sushi was by far the best experience. The service was impeccable throughout the entire resort. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The beach is gorgeous. There is seriously nothing to complain about with this resort. My friend won a race at fast cars by participating in a pool side activity and wow oh wow what a cool experience. (She drove the Shelby Cobra). Not only do I highly recommend this resort I can honestly say I plan to return. The energy here is off the charts!

Currently staying at the hotel. The concierge of the hotel is horrible! Do not overpay for something this ridiculous. I asked for a blow dryer and there is a wait list. I asked for a steamer they said there is a wait list. I asked for two blankets for children and still not here!!!! I’ve been working with this hotel for years and they just blew it big times! Also, the rooms smells like mold!
