This was our second time at this resort. We were there 10 years ago when it was first opened and we are still in love with the place. From the staff, the rooms, the food, beach and pools, it never disappoints! That is why we chose this resort for our destination wedding with our 15 guests. Miguel Cervantes was our wedding coordinator and he made our day perfect! We wanted a simple wedding with just a few details and he took care of everything worry free. Thank you again Miguel!

Beautiful Place, Amazing Staff!
My boyfriend and I went for 8 days at the beginning of March, the weather was perfect, the resort was beautiful. The staff go above and beyond to make your trip memorable. "Speedy" Benedicto, Salatiel, Mar, Gordon Ramsay, Luna, Enrique, Jeremias, Luna, Joni, Cristian, Israel, Gerameel, and Brian are just a few that made our trip extra special. This was our second trip to Princess and it makes it hard to even think of going anywhere else!! The beach has a little bit of seaweed but the staff are out there every single day doing their best to keep it clean. Please keep your amazing staff, that's the reason we keep coming back!

Solo trip will not be my last!
As a solo female traveller I felt so comfortable. The staff were all fantastic but I have to give a special shout out to ENRIQUE & MANUEL! They both took extra time to get to know me and see how my day was going. I can't say enough good things about them!! I've seen performances at many resorts and on cruises and this was by far the best entertainment I've seen. Everyone was exceptional!! I loved the sports park and the staff there were fabulous teachers and made it very fun. My only negative is that the Platinum section has a much larger room service menu.

MIGUEL AND MANUEL ARE THE BEST
Thank god for Manuel and Miguel. Absolutely the most memorable part of the trip. You want Manuel as your server. Ask him for the dirty monkey, and Miguel will be the best server you have ever had. They really take care of their guests. I could not have asked for a better experience

A Trip To Remember
I travled to mexico and stay here with my friends for my Birthday. This place was more than what I expected. The resort is absolutely beautiful. My room was clean and as pictured online. I booked the junior swimout. But most importantly the staff exceeded my expectations. They were very welcoming and friendly. My time spent here was even better because of the people that went above and beyond to make sure my trip and experience was one to remember. If you are considering booking a party or wedding ceremony or any celebration Mr.Aurelio is your guy. I can't thank him enough. He helped with my birthday dinner on the beach plans. He pays attention to details and he had some great add on ideas that was a perfect touch. He made sure I was treated as a princess from the moment I checked in with my room decorations to the moment I checked out. Words can not explain how greatful I am to have met him. Thank you again. ☺️ My Favorite Bellhop Mr.Enrique was always there for any of my needs. Thank you. Mr.Jonathan I am greatful he made sure I got to my room safe and sound for a time I felt ill from having to much of a good time ☺️ thank you and everyone that night that helped me. I look forward to going back to mexico and staying here again. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. DEFINITELY 10/10 .
