Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy
Hotel will accept individual student bookings all year.
Hotel will not accept group bookings, which it considers more than 10 rooms booked.
There is a $40 per room refundable deposit required at time of check in.
Guests must sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
One parent is required for every 20 students.
At least one person per room must satisfy the minimum age requirement for check in.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Minimum check in age is 18 year round.

Bar tenders were the best! Alexander and Omar always greated us with a smile and had our drinks ready. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buffet food and had no issues with our room. Definitely got our money's worth staying here. I have stayed in many all inclusive and this one was worth the all inclusive fee. Will be back next year!

Place was nice, service was good, bartenders where great! Alexander and Omar took good care and where always looking out with great suggestions and great drinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience
Great place and great food. The service was amazing. Stop by the bar and grab a drink from Alexander or Omar, and any info on what to do and where to go in town. They always had a smile on there face and having fun. These two were the cherry on the top of a great trip.

Great experience
Alexander and Omar were amazing bartenders, attentive and super friendly. It made our experience very memorable. I asked many times for either of them to make me a drink for the region and they made me great drinks I'd never heard of. Food was also great. We had the all inclusive package and it was a great decision because the food was comparable if not better than everywhere we ate outside of the resort and drinks were always better at our resort. We will be back.

Stay at Hotel Los Arcos, 2024
Great hotel, in the heart of Old Town. This is an older hotel, but has several restaurants, and a great beachfront. The staff is friendly and efficient. It has a nice swimming pool and hot tub with a great view of the sunset. Our maid was Maibel, and she did a great job, cleaning the room.
