  A great stay - Been here a dozen times

  My second visit since March 2022 Room on the 15th Floor. Stunning view. . Spacious. Free bottle lg water daily. Superior bed and comfortable Automatic push button drapes. Large modern TV A.C.- Hallways also Safe Modern bathroom- Rain Shower Desk. Sitting area Room service. Affordable Dining ; Outside by Pool.. Very affordable Service. Exceptional Pool. Large . Health Club . Manned with man at desk Area . Amazing Free bottle of wine being a return guest many times Bellman waiting outside for us. Staff exceptional No micro

  Need to make some improvements

  The hotel was a bit of a shambles and musty in the room. We had no hot water available over three nights and requested numerous times to be fixed to no avail. We also booked an early morning breakfast pack with reception for a tour we were doing and they forgot to order it . We had the free breakfast one morning , it was plentiful but basic quality. Only saving grace was the comfortable beds.

  Amazing Buffets, Comfy Rooms

  CONS: -Older building -Room corridor hot & humid a/c -You can hear street noise very clearly and birds through the windows. I was on the 18th floor, shocking -TV reception was terrible, impossible to change caption to English. ***NO WASH RAGS/FACE TOWELS*** just body towels and hand towels. PROS: -Staff is pretty nice. The male staff seemed nice than the women. -Bed and pillow comfy, good shower pressure a/c worked. I was in room 1816 -Housekeeping was good thorough -No elevator issues -Breakfast is DELICIOUS and SOOO many options -Some of the breakfast items rotated daily. My kids and I loved the stewed fish for breakfast but unfortunately it was only there one out of the 4 mornings we were there. -Friday & Saturday there was a dinner buffet ($23 pp) it was worth the price. So good. -I loved how festive the restaurant is during dinner. There seemed to always be a party happening in the event room past the dining room. -There's also live music on the weekends. **my restaurant review above is not for the bar Inna Vega, the food there was yuck. I ordered a mixed salat with the smoked salmon. I thought I was a piece of fish but it was the thin slices you put on a bagel -Pool has free cabanas, nice size pool. It does go to 10ft and no life guard or clear demarcation so watch your kids. I loved the deep end. -The view is amazing from the room and the pool. -There's a little market on the property to the left of the entrance. You can get souvenirs & water for cheap. All in all I recommend this hotel. I traveled with 2 teens. I'm a Mariott Member, I stay in 4.5- 5 stars.

  Amazing hotel

  I stayed at the hotel for one week with my son, we LOVED this hotel. The room was beautiful, we were on top floor, the view from my room was phenomenal. Rooms were cleaned every day, house keeping was so friendly and polite. We had breakfast included in our package, breakfast was yummy and there was so much choice. There is a pool there which was nice. It was my birthday they gave me a cake and card which was nice. I’ll definitely be back.

  Great Choice!

  This is an excellent and very affordable choice for Panama City. It’s in a very nice location, right on the water. Our room was clean and spacious and had an amazing view of the bay. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we enjoyed the nice pool. We also had fun renting bikes right nearby and riding to Casco Viejo on the bike path.
