February 7th 2025 Superbowl week
Just a nice laid back, relaxing week. Central to plenty of beach, shopping and restuarants. Loved it. Enjoyed the breakfast at 6:30 am. Gave me enough time to eat and wake up before scuba diving 5 minutes away. Hot tub was also nice to come home to.

1st Time in Turks and Caicos
This place is perfect for our needs. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Convenient to almost everything. We did not rent a car but we were able to walk everywhere we needs to go. Mr. Grouper and the Island Fish Fry we only a short 25 minute walk. Grocery store is across the street. Staff is amazing and the grounds are clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Oh my! What a trip!
PoC is one of the best resorts in Grace Bay. From the friendly staff and welcoming accommodations to the short beach walk, this is our new favorite place to dream about returning! We will be recommending and planning to return! For first time visitors to TCI, this place gives you enough flexibility to enjoy many other island experiences

Good budget experience and friendly staff
The resort has a friendly vibe. We had a few room problems that were taken care of quickly and did not affect the stay. The beach is about 1 good sized block to walk but is beautiful and you have chair service. One day they ran out of umbrellas. Would have been nice to have some kind of drink service at the beach. The beds were really hard but decent pillows. The fan in our bathroom was very loud and we had no ventilation in our room, first floor basic king so we had to use the dryer before we left. The bar service was a bit inconsistent but felt like everyone gave an effort to try. The location was convenient to other restaurants and shops which was nice. The front desk arranged a nice ride to the airport. If you are looking for a budget friendly way to check out Turks and Caicos this works!

Looking tired in paradise.
So an average rating for this resort is generous from my perspective. The positives as you have read in other reviews are the location in reference to the market across the street, the access to the beach, and restaurants in the area. The hotel room we were assigned Room 107 specifically had a terrible moldy oder. We arrived late so the next morning I asked Emanual at the front desk to change rooms that I had respiratory issues and didn't feel it was healthy for me to stay in a room with such a moldy odor. He offered another Room and on inspection it also had the same odor. I was told he would talk to a supervisor and they would get back to me. That Never happened. All our clothes had to be cleaned as this odor permeated everything we brought with us. Including my CPAP machine which still smells like the room and will have to be disinfected. The front desk was not accommodating in this respect. In addition, the bathroom fan made such a loud rattling noise every time you turned it on. The room needs updating, the rug under the coffee table was gray brown from dirt. As for the free breakfast it was sufficient and does help with the food expence on the Island. The lounges around the pool and some at the beach need updating old and non-supportive. Taxi's are expensive and food is expensive. Everything here is imported. My recommendation is if you are going to spend the money to go to Turks then spend the extra you might save at this resort and stay elsewhere.
