  Exquisite Service, Shores & Snorkeling!

  We just returned from a gorgeous stay and will forever be a bit spoiled by the kind & attentive service from the staff in Cozumel! We were instantly greeted to help with our luggage after a long, delayed flight and a cool washcloth and pineapple refresher at check-in. We stayed in a Premium Ocean View Room, and were delighted by the views, cleanliness and the comfort of the bed and pillows (plus the goodies in the fridge, etc). We booked the over the water cabana's easily with the concierge, and there were also options for pool cabanas. It was a great value for both, cost included a healthy food/beverage credit for the day... it's SO worth it. The morning breakfast later in the morning seemed more peaceful than the earlier time of 8am or 9am, but all was delicious. We ate at the beach side restaurant, Le Cap, and they always fixed us a great ceviche that was cold and tasty. Faro Blanco was a treat too, but we do recommend to make reservations. Mojito's were awesome, Lobster was in season, so we enjoyed that, plus a Lobster Risotto. Service again was a delight! We were there the last week of January, and had no troubles finding loungers at the pool, or at the other 3 beach cabana spots on the property. My favorite? The snorkeling off shore! We brought our gear with us and rented noodles for $5 dollars a day to be safe for endless floating and snorkeling, and the fish were abundant, and the sea plants were breathtaking. Scuba Du is onsite for discovery dives/lessons as well, and they were awesome too! Overall, we wanted a vacation that felt luxurious and honestly, that we were going to be spoiled a a bit by the service of a nice hotel and wanting to fully recharge, and this blew us away. Great job to the crew of workers who made this a wonderful trip to start of 2025 and one to remember!

  One of the Best Intercontinental’s in the World

  What a fantastic place. I have been to Intercontinental hotels world wide and this is one of the best. The staff if super attentive to every need you might have. The four restaurants serve top notch food and the breakfast buffet if superb. The location is super convenient with incredible views ( sunsets to die for). They have new Trek bicycles for use free with bicycle paths all the way into the city. We easily walked to the first cruise pier in 30 minutes and to downtown in 50 minutes ( we are in our 70’s). Parking for a rental car or taxi’s are available in minutes. Great place for families and people with dogs. They even have ‘pet nannies’ for a small fee. Wonderful Spa. Brenda and Russel provided excellent service. Joel at the Le Cap restaurant always made sure we had our margaritas at exactly 6:00 pm start of 2 for 1 happy hour. Paola and Juan at the concierge desk quickly and efficiently helped us with our requests for restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and day to day issues. Big thank you to the Resort Manager Sonya for making this a memorable vacation.

  Great hotel

  Great hotel, just a couple things to consider. This is a very quiet hotel. No evening entertainment, no lobby bar. If you are used to all inclusive type environment this will be different in those aspects. The food is good quality definitely better than quality at all inclusive resorts. Although breakfast is about the same as all inclusive and you pay $25 per person for buffet breakfast. Lunch plan on spending around $50 for two adults and a child. Dinner plan on $50-$75 (not counting drinks). No cafe or coffee shop on site fyi. Drinks $6 for a beer $10-15 for margs, pina coladas etc. beautiful grounds, and rooms. Beds super comfortable. Great pools and good ocean access. Pretty close to town but not walkable, $10 each way for taxi. All employees super kind and friendly. Tips: alfredo and lasagna at Italian restaurant fantastic. Steak burrito, chicken tacos by the pool for lunch were awesome. Reef beach access ocean view room with plunge pool/hot tub was absolutely amazing

  Best hotel on Cozumel

  If you're looking for the perfect beach vacation with calm, crystal-clear water and no seaweed, this is the spot for you. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is peaceful with no parties, and it's incredibly quiet and relaxing. Plus, there's a great reef for snorkeling or diving. Hands down, the best hotel in Cozumel!

  Absolutely the best resort in Cozumel!

  If you’re looking to stay at the best resort in Cozumel this is it! Between the luxurious atmosphere, tranquil spa, delicious food options and incredible staff we had an amazing stay! If we return I don’t know that we would go anywhere else because we had such an amazing time here. We came as a couple but thinks a great resort for children as well. The property is so well cared for. Every day they are up keeping and refining different parts of it to provide a wonderful location to vacation. Even though we came during the “busy season” it felt so peaceful and nothing was off limits. There was availability to use and do everything and dine everywhere. We tried all of the restaurants and had great experiences. Breakfast was wonderful and had an amazing view of the ocean. The options at the buffet were so delicious and so much variety even for someone who avoids dairy and gluten. You even have access to espresso drinks with it! For other meals we loved Alfredo’s and went there two night. Absolutely delicious. We ate at the cabana’s one day and all of their food and beverages were so tasty and refreshing including fresh sushi, and we had a wonderful hammock to lounge in as well as water front access for snorkeling. We enjoyed all of the beaches, access to snorkeling, rentals for other water activities like jet ski’s, glass bottom kayaks, snorkel gear, scuba and more! The spa was another amazing addition! It is incredibly tranquil and offers so many services. I had a facial with Reuben who was exceptional and does almost all services the spa provides. Our experience there was so relaxing after using the three temp plunge pools, steam rooms, sauna’s and lounge areas. My skin felt wonderful after our visit! Also the spa itself was an incredible addition. Between all of the amenities you can truly spend most of your day there and the next after your treatment. The gym on property is another awesome addition. It’s almost completely glass so you get to enjoy a tropical oasis while working out using such a variety of high quality equipment. You can truly get a full workout no matter what type of training you do here and they have bottled water and light food items as well. We booked our stay facing the tranquil pool and I highly recommend it especially if you are traveling as a couple. It was wonderful to have access to a pool with a perfect temperature to relax and swim in every day. Other tid bits: Taxi’s to and from the hotel to anywhere between there and the upper down town area are a flat rate of $10 USD which was nice for planning. Highly recommend trying some other options off property and doing some shopping in town but if you never left the property you could absolutely have an amazing time in Cozumel. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this property and the staff are as you can see. This is my longest review I have ever left anywhere! From the moment you arrive you feel so welcomed and valued. We did not have one complaints during our entire stay. A week there was the only disappointment because we could have easily stayed for two!
