Hôtel aux prestations I N C R O Y A B L E S. Le personnel aux petits soins, polis et serviable. Tout le monde est formé et on constate qu’ils sont formés au métier. Parfaitement bilingues, anglais - espagnol! Installations hors normes, chambre avec vue mer incroyables. Piscine, jacuzzi et plage comme dans un rêve. Eau translucide, telle un site de snorkeling à 20m de la plage. Des poissons magnifiques et une épave à quelques mètres. Les restaurants sont excellents et tous dotés d’une superbe décoration ou d’une vue incroyable. Le coucher de soleil était parfait. Bref, comme dans un rêve. Nous avons bcp voyagé et fréquentés de nombreux hôtel, mais celui ci fait partie de la crème de la crème. Deux petites notes: Très bien pour le questionnaire WhatsApp avant notre arrivée, mais ils ne tiennent compte de rien. Nous venions fêter notre anniversaire de mariage, dommage qu’aucune petite attention ait été portée à cet effet. Le prix de la nuit: 425€ Le prix du restaurant pour dîner : 225€ Le prix du restaurant le midi: 100€ Les dépenses à la piscine : 60€ Préparez vous à ce genre de dépenses. Mais en aucun cas nous avons été gênés de dépenser cela, tellement tout était parfait!

Great family resort . The best part is the staff is very very attentive and always helpful and smiling . Shout out to “Atosha” ( I hope I’m getting his name right) who was very very good every time we ran in to him , especially during breakfast . I highly recommend this place

Excellent
Recently stayed at el presidente with no regrets . We had a small glich with our room and we were quickly moved to another by Maria the front desk manager. She made sure our needs were well looked after with professionalism. Everything about this resort is well laid out for older people with everything within a short walk . The beach and pools are beautiful as well as the amazing staff that make sure all your needs are looked after . We will be back as this is our new favourite in Cozumel!!

Great Hotel -- We Would Go There Again
Intercontinental Presidente Resort & Spa We both give this hotel five stars for many reasons. 1) Personal attention of the staff. There was never a single request we made of the staff that they did not immediately fulfill. We wanted a snack one afternoon so we asked the folks at one of the four restaurants if we could have chips and guac to go even though it wan’t on the menu. No problem. Within a few minutes we had enough really good guac for three or four people plus pico de gallo and salsa. It only cost $10. I could go on and on about the requests we made of the staff and none were ever met with a “no.” Absolutely first rate. 2) The food. All four of the hotel’s restaurants were not only really good, but the prices were very reasonable. I had a huge bowl of fresh shrimp and pasta at the Italian restaurant for about $20. Most of the entres were around $20. A really good steak entre was $30. The breakfast buffet was HUGE. It had everything from omelets to pancakes to bacon, ham and sausage. They even had carrot juice. The restaurants at the hotel were both much better than any we saw in town but also cheaper than the ones in town. We never had a less than really good meal. 3) The beach. The hotel has a huge private beach and private lagoon where you can kayak and snorkel without worrying about some boat running over you. There are tennis courts. Almost all, if not all, of the hotels north of the Presidente have NO private beach at all, and only limited access to a tiny public beach. There are some more expensive hotels south of Presidente that do have a private beach but they are twice as long a cab ride from the town. 4) The location. The taxi fee from the Presidente to town is a flat fee $7.50 and you do not have to give the drivers a tip. 5) The rooms. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lagoon and the sunset. Beautiful. More than once we got take-out food from one of the restaurants and ate it on the balcony as we watched the sun set. There was a huge walk-in shower. Lots of hot water and good pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were so good we went to Macy’s when we got home and bought two similar pillows for our home. Note that you will not be watching much TV. Most the channels are in Spanish. Those that on not are mostly terrible HBO movies. Bring a book or a Kindle to read before you go to sleep. I think we saw two decent movies the entire seven nights we were there. But if you go to a resort hotel in Cozumel to watch cable TV then you’re doing it wrong. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and without hesitation we would book a stay there again.

Nice relaxing vacation with a twist
Our time at the intercontinental, Presidente was friendly, beautiful spread out resort. Unfortunately,, our plane arrived over a day later and we did not have our room. Our baggage was lost not to mention a few other issues at check-in. They took excellent care of us and upgraded us to a beautiful room with a view, which was most appreciated after 36 hours of travel Everybody there was so kind and would go out of their way to help you unfortunately during the middle of my trip my wife became very ill little did I know they had a on site doctor that came to our room and administered to her recommendation that she needed to go to the hospital For further check up. We ended up staying at the hospital for four days and three nights which was a real bummer for our two week vacation. The best part was she got out and got to enjoy the last three or four days and on another note. I wanna thank the doctor at the resort for being so professional, the concierge and managers for checking in on me and my wife continuously And asking if there is anything to help with I was amazed at their level of compassion on her return they also approached us in to see how she was doing and if we needed anything special also On check out a manager came out and also again wanted to know how her situation was. I was blown over by the level of compassion from everybody that worked there i’m truly grateful for how kind everybody was. Another important thing was the making sure she was getting the proper medical place and assured me that this was a good hospital. I had travel insurance and they also said that’s a good hospital to be at which was assuring that I just didn’t get shuffled off to some disgusting place . The doctors there were amazing in the level of car care was great. I will be coming back again. This will be my go to place. It’s beautiful. It’s well laid out some people complain that it’s too spread out. I like it because it offers more privacy. Sincerely, thanks to all
