The stay was amazing. The location is nice a quiet, with a beautiful view. The rooms a very clean and comfortable. Very time when I go to SXM, princess heights is my top choice to stay for short or long vacation. The staff a very welcoming and friendly.

From the polite welcome I received from Saskia, to the wonderfully detail-oriented housekeeping staff, I felt at home right away here. I was blown away by how much larger the pool is than the photos portray, and how incredibly comprehensive the gym is – but those became almost an afterthought compared to the luxury of my private suite! Everything was so indulgent, so clean and tidy, and just so well thought out – I could have stayed here for months. The gracious bathroom clad in travertine (with a whirlpool spa tub!), the name brand fixtures throughout, and the serene balcony, with views of the vast ocean, St. Barth's in the distance, and the verdant hillside beyond... I had originally booked 3 separate properties, to keep my options open. Looking back on it, there was no comparison to the value that this accommodation provided. The fact of the matter is about St. Martin, you are going to need a car. If you want to explore the island whatsoever, this is true for ANY property you choose to stay at, no matter what the proximity is to things that are considered attractions. Unless you are in a resort and you don't want to leave that resort's grounds, you are going to wish you had gotten a car if you opted not to. So embrace it, and make it a magical getaway on the quieter side of the island, and stay at Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel! If you are an independent traveler, who likes to craft your own itenerary as you discover – you will not find a better value!

Room with a view!
We recently enjoyed a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well kept and have all the amenities you need. The view was stunning from our 5th floor balcony. Highly recommend!

My mini staycation
I chose this hotel because of the ambience it exuded just by looking at the pictures online. I must say, the pictures did not do Princess Heights the justice it deserves. On entering, we were greeted with beautiful smiles and an extreme outpour of personable service (a major plus). The surroundings were Clean and overly presentable, to no fault. I could go on and on but I will say, it is on a must visit/stay list here in St.Maarten (bordering St. Martin/french side). It has a feel of being at home with its relaxing environment that I know alot of us truly needs. Princess Heights surpasses all expectations and rather accomodating. Worth more than 5 stars.

A great stay...facilities could use a little updating.
A very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help me. The room was excellent but there was no netting to prevent bugs flying in without keeping the glass doors shut. The entrance corridor was dark and a little unsettling. When the room door was opened, a swarm of mosquitoes would fly into the little kitchen. Fortunately, there was a door that shut off the bedroom from the kitchen. Also, the lock was reluctant at first and the glass doors to the balcony would lock from the inside if the doors were shut from the outside...which, I unfortunately found out to my chagrin and despite being warned. Nonetheless. million dollar views with an excellent continental breakfast.
