    The perfect getaway!

    We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was the perfect quiet retreat. Angel and Jose at the adult pool waited on us for several days and their service was excellent! Highly recommend!

    Amazing service

    We spent most of our days at the Aqua Bar. The bartender and waiter, Jose and Angel were fantastic. They told jokes, gave amazing service and were quick to say “yes” to everything we asked for. They are the best. We look forward to seeing them again next year.

    Great trip to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay

    Great time in the sun. Activities with Evelyn and Carlos were very fun. They are both so friendly and willing to help and make your trip enjoyable. Been coming here for nearly 20 years and they are the best. Waiters are the best around. Pool waiters to name a few, Julio, Jose, Ricardo, Raul, Jose Luis, Armando, Angel, Humberto, and others. Claudio and Jairo at the buffet as well. Overall great time.

    Activity Center

    Evelyn and Carlos provided many activities throughout the day for all ages. The young kids enjoyed making bracelets and playing Mexico bingo. The adults enjoyed playing cards and water volleyball and exercising in the pool. Our always looked forward to the new activities for the day.

    Hospitality🤍

    The staff here are fantastic, sweet, helpful, and welcoming. Antonio Perez and Rafael Hdez were very tentative and remembered our preferences. As soon as we walked in the doors of the restaurant he would greet us with a smile. They created a cheerful, happy environment. Customer service was 100%.
