Our family has been coming here for years, and have always LOVED our time here. This year was no different, with super kind, friendly, and fun loving staff (a special thank you to activity leaders Carlos and Evelyn, who made everyone feel welcome and entertained; and Humberto, who was so tuned in to our needs for our entire stay). Every time we return, we are wowed by the exquisite scenery and the entire hotel staff. Thanks again and can’t wait to return!

Great Service from Juan S and Antonio
Juan S at the Bistro Restaurant and Antonio at the Cordeliere delivered us exceptional service during our stay. Juan S was especially attentive, professional and accommodating. Antonio was always smiling and made sure our glasses were always full. Thank you for making our visit with our family so special.

Our stay at Emerald Bay was a pleasure from beginning to end! The rooms are a little outdated, but the outstanding service here makes it a wonderful place to visit! Special thanks to: Jonatan in Reception for his patient and kind resolution of our booking issues; Javier, Bell Captain, for his pleasant, easy-going demeanor when assisting with bags; Rafael and Angel--waiters, and Jose--bartender, for making our days at the adult pool relaxing and fun; Miguel, the friendly cart driver, who always made fun conversation along the way; Tanya and Patricia, massage therapists, for their healing hands and calm ways; and Isai and Luis, waiters at Cilantros Restaurant at the sister hotel, for making our travel companion's birthday very special. Thank you for a great stay!

100% would come back!
Poolside service was best! Julio Vargas and Ricardo were the best poolside servers. They remembered room numbers, drinks, and were very friendly. House keeping was perfect! Everything was clean everyday. Always came while we were out. Staff very friendly. Golf cart rides were fun and convenient!

Great weather, Great food
Had a great time spending 1 week at this resort as a couple. Worth noting - The service provided by Antonio Perez at the restaurant was outstanding. He would even remember minute details and preferences of ours. Makes the experience of dining so much better when you have servers of that caliber.
