    Beautiful resort, amazing service

    The resort is beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and sweet! The customer service is great. The all inclusive package is the best, the food is amazing! The drinks are amazing too, staff is all extremely friendly, drinks are amazing! Bartender Martin is THE BEST!!!

    MEDANO BEACH - oh ya!

    Medano Beach FUN! Spring break 2025 does not disappoint, even if you are a group of family and friends there just to enjoy a great week! A special shout out to the fabulous beach bar service… We were never without a cold bucket of beers, waters, and endless Palomas and Mojitos — thanks to the awesome beach waiters we just loved! A huge shout out to IVAN and MARTIN for keeping us hydrated and fed!

    HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

    If this was the last place in Cabo, I would still not recommend. Worst service I’ve ever seen. Bathrooms do not work, shuttle service to even get to your room takes 30 + minutes to even pick you up. Long lines for that. Won’t allow uber inside the gates to pick you up, required to use their own shuttle service (super expensive) Reserved a pent house for our vacation, very dated, bathroom toilets do not flush, maintenance is worthless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT AT ALL COST.

    be careful of fraudulent charges when you have the all inclusive package!

    I stayed at the blanco and had all inclusive food and beverage. I was charged $46.45 in separate charges by the sushi rose restaurant 2 days after I checked out. Confirmed this was wrong with the manager and he stopped responding to me. Beware.

    Terrible

    Unbelievably terrible. Especially if you are in college do not come here. They treat you with zero respect. It is impossible to get water and all the workers completely ignore requests for water. You will not be served anything unless you have a 20 dollar bill.
