Worst resort I’ve stayed at in Cabo
Don’t trust the other reviews which are most likely fake or paid. This is the worst resort I have experienced in Cabo. The rooms are in horrible condition, the shower barely works and the AC is so loud you can’t sleep. The mini fridge is on the floor. Lots of bugs in the rooms. Definitely not a 5 star service or standard We waited almost an hour to get a table at the breakfast buffet. We waited a day to get a room with a working shower.

Book It!
Beautiful, quiet hotel with fantastic amenities. The pool and music were just the relaxing atmosphere for which we were looking. Food was wonderful- make reservations for the higher end restaurants! We saw several whale pods swimming by our hotel, breaching and blowing. So cool! The fire pits on the beach at night were a nice add. If you do all inclusive, you can shuttle to two other hotels and enjoy those amenities, though fair warning, much busier , kids and loud atmosphere. Carlos B our waiter every morning for breakfast was a delight. Polite, accommodating and fun! Introduced us to tequila with cinnamon and orange snakebite- now a keeper at home! Really appreciated his service. Highly recommend this property!

Be careful when booking "All Inclusive" food and drink packages
Only giving 3 stars. Great amenities and food! Wished we would have known how long the shuttle took and that it only came every half hour on the hour. We also purchased the all inclusive package for food and drink for 6 days but were charged 7 days! Pueblo Bonito said the they can't issue a partial credit to AMEX and that AMEX policy states "no partial refunds" ALL FALSE! PB said the only way they could issue a credit is to charge my AMEX CC the amount for 6 days. She wanted my CC over the phone. I called AMEX and they are disputing the charge for me and will issue the credit. Be careful when purchasing the All Inclusive package.

Good but not great...Pueblo Bonito Pacifica has room for improvement.
The good: Rooms were very comfortable, walking around the resort was easy (fairly small and compact), the pools were comfortable in temperature and very clean, staff overall were very pleasant and accommodating especially at the pool bar, Peninsula Bar and Pescados restaurant. The less so: Alcoholic drinks were very inconsistent in quality - for example, we found it difficult to get a good margarita (except for the Peninsula bar), wine selections were very limited and of largely poor quality overall, despite the nice decor in Peninsula and La Frida (Sunset) restaurants, we did have some dishes served luke-warm and their premium choice items were incremental in cost, coffee in the restaurants was also largely forgettable. So overall a good but not a great resort.

Love Pescados!
We loved Pescados and went there several times during our time at Pacifica. I loved the fried rice and my husband enjoyed the tuna roll. Thank you chefs. But the service was amazing - thanks to Ariel, Sarai and Herbiento. All were amazing. They made us feel so special. We can’t wait to return to our home away from home.
