    Juan Medel @ Market Purblo Bonito - Excellent service!

    Juan Medel at the market was absolutely amazing! He waited our tables three separate times, and we had a large party of seven. His level of service did not change even when it was the busy rush of dinner time. He made our trip extra special, and we will return to visit Pueblo Bonito!

    Alan is Amazing!

    Alan at the main pool was absolutely amazing! Service was fast, accurate and helpful with our large party of 10 women. All day long he was attentive!!! Look for him and enjoy your day. Best waiter I've had at Sunset Beach in a very long time!!!!

    Speedy Response to an Issue

    This is actually a follow up to our second day review from last month. We have now been here eight days and could not be happier. The issue we had with elite chair reservations has been resolved. Representatives with the resort promptly contacted us by phone in our room, even though I do not know how they got our information. There is still an issue with "reserving" chairs for common folk like us, but we decided to go with flow and put a towel on our lounge chairs on the way to breakfast and they are never removed. We have spent the first eight days at the adult pool for one major reason ... the bartender Jose. Other pools have more sun, but the combination of our server Angel and Jose keep us from going to the two other pools ... which are great in themselves. Service has been impeccable. Food has been varied and generally good with an occasional great. This remains our favorite place to go in Mexico.

    Carlos was the best waiter

    Carlos at the main pool was the best waiter!! We had 9 of us and he was so attentive and so fast with all of our drinks and food! Would definitely recommend him, he was super nice and communicative as well. We were there for several hours and he took care of us the whole time.

    Fabulous resort

    We spent another two weeks at Sunset Beach. The resort is beautiful with stunning views, smiling, helpful staff. Our balcony afforded views of the ocean and this time of year we were constantly thrilled with whale sightings. We look forward to returning soon.
