We just came back after 7 days. We loved the resort..the rooms could use upgrades, our phone didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush well, the tub took a long time to fill and the beds are quite firm. Don’t expect face cloths most days haha. We used what’s app to communicate with the lobby staff and they communicated back quickly. The staff were friendly and tried to remedy whatever we were asking for. Junior at the beach bar was always happy and did a great job of keeping the bar area clean and deserves a promotion. Johany was excellent in the afternoon and evenings at making drinks and always greeted with a smile. Sujeibis took my allergy and others with great concern when cooking my pasta. Alexander was accommodating in booking restaurants at the Caribe resort and helpful with transportation etc. Ana did a great job with front desk and room requests. We would go to this resort again. It’s small which we loved and quieter which for us was wonderful for a week of relaxing. VIP beach area was nice. We also chose this resort because of its visual appeal..it’s more of an authentic Dominican look as opposed to others. We enjoyed our food and always had a good variety.

Great resort!
We had a great time and the staff were very friendly. Food was great and beaches were very nice. They have different events for different nights and different events during the day and night. If you just want to chill like we did you can do that to. Would def come again!

Nov 18, 2024pleasantly surprised at this resort.
Food was very good, the fondue was fun. Italian restaurant was excellent although a little crowded. We always found good food in the buffet. Our room ( building 5) was nice. Beds comfy, wifi was good. Can’t think of anything negative. Sister resorts were a bonus. Pretty quiet resort but enjoyed everything about it. Staff were excellent!

Punta Cana princess
Fantastic food.. served by fantastic staff.. one in particular named angel.. made the experience very good 👍.👍👍👍👍👍 A must visit to seafood and fish restaurant.. red snapper a very good choice.. can’t praise this place enough 👍👍👍

We keep coming back......
We returned home after a 10 day stay as a repeat guest and looking forward to next November when we will return. We have stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts throughout the caribbean and Mexico that may be nicer but this resort is perfect for our needs. While the rooms and other areas need to be updated...the pros outweigh the cons. The service is outstanding, the food is above average, the staff is by far the most caring and attentive and the beach is beautiful. Thank you to Alexander Gomez, the guest service manager, for welcoming us home! Lajara, the Fondue restaurant manager for always remembering us and having a special table waiting since we dine there twice every stay. Jose, the beach bartender who always knew what we drank. The beach guys, Felix and Agipito for working hard to keep the beach and pool areas clean! You and all of the other staff are the reasons we return! The only thing that we would mention that may be negative to some guests is that this is a "smokers" paradise resort. Everyone smokes!
