Loved the Grand Oasis Cancun
The bad reviews on this resort are crazy. I just got home today and I had the best week at Grand Oasis. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The grounds, beach, and pools were beautiful. The staff was very friendly. This was my first solo trip ever and I felt completely safe. Fernando at the swim-up bar was one of my favorite parts of the trip…He was so much fun and made me feel very welcome. Entertainment was so great!!!! Every show I saw was top notch. Can’t even think of a bad thing to say about this place. I didn’t upgrade and food was decent! Lots to choose from and the bad reviews there aren’t warranted. Better than the other two all-inclusive I’ve stayed at in Cancun. I will absolutely be back and so will a bunch of my friends and family at my recommendation.

Don’t recommend
We stayed there for a week and we definitely don’t recommend this hotel with their standard option (blue bracelet). In general, the food was not good, )you can only use 7 restaurants out of 22 options). To have access to better restaurants and services you HAVE to do an upgrade to black bracelet or join the club (gold bracelet).

Coyote loco restaurant
Fernando was amazing he really took care of us and was super attentive definitely come here and enjoy a great time and have some amazing food my favorite was the breaded chicken breast. When you come here ask for Fernando he will make sure you have a great time and is very knowledgeable about everything that the resort has to offer
