Feb 20, 2025Fabulous Hotel, Great staff, beautiful views
Stayed here for a weeks vacation. We had a diamond head view junior suite on the 9th floor which gave us some phenomenal views of the beautiful Diamond Head, the ocean and the zoo. We could see the flamingos too. The room was spacious with a fridge, microwave and sink. Small balcony and super comfy bed. Housekeeping only make the bed when they come in, they don’t wash cups or glasses or anything else, which was something we weren’t used too. We did move to floor 16 for our last night and the view was so different there was so much more to see! The pool area is great, it can get very breezy though. The hotel provides beach chairs & beach towels, free of charge - which is amazing. The whole hotel has a really relaxed vibe to it and everyone is super friendly.

Outstand Hotel in Waikiki
I loved the location at the end of Waikiki Beach, and the view from my room on 15th floor was mesmerizing. My room was spacious and very clean. Every Employees in every capacity made me feel special. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The Valet staff Douglas always made me feel welcome whenever I left or returned to the hotel. Other than being a beautiful, very clean hotel with a great location, the most outstanding thing about the Queen Kapiolani Hotel is its employees and how they treated all guests. Special thanks to Jerris, Len, Athena, Theresa, Angela, Tiare, and Ieti for their awesome Services. Thank you so much for your services and please have their manager "commend" them for their outstanding services.

Nice hotel!
So nice view, warm staff, good service, and good location! We enjoyed both view, diamond head and wikiki. Pool and bar on 3rf floor is nice. Many bus stops (to mall, airport) are within 2 min walk. thanks to Kim, Allan, Nick, Athena, Len, Jeris !

Lovely hotel in a great location
This is a lovely hotel located in a terrific portion of beautiful Waikiki Beach. We had a corner room where one view was of diamond Head and the other view was of the Pacific Ocean. We also were right next to a world-class zoo. The staff were very friendly. Matahu cleaned our room was very pleasant and service-oriented.

Home away from home
Friendly, helpful staff from reservations to front desk, valets, and housekeeping make you feel relaxed. 3 min walk to beach. Views are stunning. Rooms very clean and perfect for our family. Some road noise at late evening, not their fault.
