Dec 13, 2025Our experience at Quinta Bella
Here’s my honest review about our stay for 7 days. We chose this hotel based on reviews and paid extra for premium suite. On the first night when we checked in, the floor was very dusty and if you dropped any clothing item then it’s no good to wear it. We asked for the bathroom to be extra clean before we arrive but it was okay. We travel a lot and usually stay at Marriott and Hilton properties and their cleanliness standards is some whole new level. Anyway Quinta Bella did not meet our expectations even though thinking getting a premium suite would do some justice but it didn’t. Housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for late checkout even for an hour but the guy at the front desk said no and was overcharging us for late check out. I was kind of surprised to see this as working in hotel industry for years we tend to give or go above and beyond to make our guests stay pleasant so they would come back. However, Quinta Bella did not make us feel that way especially when we paid so much more than the service we received. Females front desk were very helpful and friendly however the male front desk agent who checked us out was never welcoming and we felt like he did not want to help us or work there. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone especially based on reviews. We prepaid for this hotel and was non refundable so we had no option but stay here.

Good, but with a few tweaks could be exceptional. Located on the beautiful beach. Staff at Frozen Bar are exceptional, lifeguards are friendly and chatty. Maintenance workers always smiling and saying Hola. Everyone works so hard, putting UK workers to shame. Now the bad Rooms noisy, can hear people walking around in rooms above. Entertainment in evening is poor and loud, ending midnight some nights. Expected more upbeat music, not dull and dreary. Sunloungers uncomfortable. WiFi drops out every 15 or 20 mins

The hotel itself is in a great location. You have the pool and the beach. The pool and bar staff are absolutely awesome, along with the lifeguard. They work so hard and are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious enough but the configuration is a bit odd. We were downstairs and could here upstairs walking about. As our room was near maintenance this also added to the noise. The reception staff at checkin gave no information and the entertainment was pretty bad except rock and roll night

Hotel is great all-around. It is right on the beach, located close to stores of la cruzecita, and has many restaurants within the hotel. They offer their own trabsportation service so we didnt have to be looking for taxis. Food was delicious and rooms were very clean. Everyone was very kind as well.

Great quite place to stay.
Great place to stay. Loved everything. We stayed at the room with garden view, beautiful. Incredible staff, especially at Otto restaurant and Erick with outstanding service every single day! Thank you Erick. Would be great to have refrigirator at the room.
