I LOVE THE REEF 28!!!! I can't express how much I love this hotel! From the first step to the time we had to leave was outstanding!! Food, drinks and the lovely amazing staff there. Christian and Alberto at the front desk were very warm and welcoming! Brenda, guest services, with whom I emailed with for info before we got there! I'm sorry I didn't get to meet her. She is so sweet. The room was beautiful and they had the bed laid out with rose petals, sparkling wine and chocolates for us!! Very touching!! THE ROOFTOP!!❤️💯💯 PAUL, our amazing guy who was there for us no matter what we needed!! It was a very special time for us. Our 19th anniversary!! Just a quick 5min walk to the beach and 5th Ave! You can't ask for more. The night life was a vibe. We tell in love the hotel, Playa Del Carmen and the beautiful people. We can't wait to return again. THANK YOU GUYS!!❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Resort thanks to Francisco and the rest of the staff!
We had an amazing time at the Reef 28. The food was absolutely awesome! Our favorite place to hang out and eat was the rooftop. We usually ordered tacos and sushi and enjoyed every bit of it. The best part of the rooftop was the service from an amazing person named Francisco. We now consider him to be our friend after he went above and beyond in every way. Also props to Roxanne in the Lobby bar.

Francisco the SUPERSTAR! ⭐️
We had so much fun at The Reef 28, and everything was amazing! Our favorite place to go was the rooftop, especially because of the best server, Francisco! 💕 He was stellar and always went above and beyond! He is a superstar in every way! ✨️ We also loved the lobby bar, Roxanne was sooooo wonderful and her drinks were deeeelicious... another superstar that also went above and beyond to make us feel special! 🥰

Amazing Service
I went for my 10th anniversary and from entry the staff was kind and accommodating. When the booking company booked the wrong room, Christian was able to assist us without hassle. Most places would blame the booking company and leave me hanging, but not here. He was able to get the perfect room for a special vacation. On top of that, Oscar brought our bags to the room and a bottle of champagne. Angelo was so friendly and hilarious, he gave us a tour of the hotel and amenities. The room was clean, the food was great, drinks delicious. The hotel is located in a bustling and walkable area. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome
Francisco was awesome had a blast we will for sure be back next month. Drinks were awesome food was fantastic. Music was great. Enjoyed my birthday celebration. Francisco was always there with another drink. Go for the beds they are well worth the money plus you get a bottle and sushi with it
