Krystal Grand Cancun was a great resort. Very reasonable pricing for my boyfriend and I as we are students.
Thank you to the entertainment team! My boyfriend and I had so much fun. We went away for a week. Special thanks to Alejandro from the entertainment team. He was super nice and lots of fun. He hosted a lot of the events while we were there and always has a smile on his face!

Ok but not great.
Overall it’s a nice hotel. We liked the entertainment room and Joshua who worked there was really nice. The staff at the beach, Fernando and Luis were great. Very quick and attentive. The beach definitely needs more chairs and newer chairs. Many are broken and there is not enough. The pool area is nice with better chairs but again not enough. Also the air conditioning in the lobby and common areas is not great. Again not enough seating in the lobby and bars. The biggest downside is the elevators. Out of the 4 most often only one works. And they smell like humidity. Food was good especially breakfast and restaurants à la carte but the service was slow sometimes.

NILZA KAMP KRYSTAL
Huge thanks to Miss Nilza for letting my kid hang out in the kids' area! My little one’s 2 and had a blast watching a movie and coloring since the weather was kinda bad cuz of the rain. That play area def saved us! Totally recommend her, she’s super patient and really good with kids. 🙌

Excellent
Javier santamaria at the pool bar is the man to see. Ask him for a surprise. The staff all around is excellent. Great service. Great food. It was my Fiancée’s birthday and Javier made sure she always had a drink in hand and kept surprising her with fancy shots.

Great time
Had a great time! The food was pretty good (decent selection), service on the beach was really wonderful (Luis was so fun and attentive), and had a really fun time w the entertainment team (shout out to Alejandro, Sotelo, Martin) for dancing with us, playing volleyball and doing Zumba and all the other activities. really nice view too.
