NOOOOOOO!!!!
NOOOOOO!!!!! I wouldn’t come back if it was free! Either they are paying guests to lie in these reviews or they’re paying google to delete the bad reviews. They put us in a different building across the street. When we complained they put us in a closer building but with no view or balcony. But it did come with roaches. The food was garbage. The best meal we had all week was pizza from the pool bar which I waited 40 minutes to get fresh. Alcohol? Every bar is “waiting to be restocked” of premium brands. So Smirnoff and captain is your top shelf. If you book through a time share scam/discount the front desk knows it and will treat you like trash. Nobody is happy at this place. I feel bad for the people that paid to upgrade their rooms because they said it’s still the same terrible service.

Lovely staff
great service from waiters everyone is friendly and accommodating! Julian, Pedro, josafat our butler was very attentive, friendly and helpful! Only thing i would say is the building could be painted in some areas ither than that everything is a 10

Good experience
I had a wonderful experience, the bartender at the adult pool Mr. Pedro made my drinking experience even better, his knowledge on drinks, his patience under customers demands was nothing less than professional. He did have helpers Mr. Julian and Angel also great persons. The breakfast buffet had good tasting food. You can't go wrong choosing this hotel. However my ty remote didn't have batteries, my door lock needed batteries as well and the lobby service needs to improve their customer service. requested water that I received a day after. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I almost forgot you can't go in the beach at this hotel.

Wonderful First Trip to Cabos
My Husband and I went to Krystal Grand for our honeymoon. We had a spectacular time! The resort is gorgeous with stunning views, our room was clean and well kept, the only negative was the bathroom was a bit cramped compared to the rest of the room. We stayed in the oceanfront swim out. We really appreciated the privacy with the dividers between the rooms with the pools. We also loved that the pool was heated, it made it perfect to use anytime of the day or night so we got our money’s worth. Also shout out to the maintenance staff for being there early every morning to make sure our pool was clean for us, which it always was! The food at the restaurants onsite was great! We especially enjoyed The Grill and their special event “Senses”. The buffet food was pretty standard. We appreciated there was a lot of options. I don’t eat a lot of meat but my husband does. We found there was a good balance of vegetarian and meat options for every meal. Breakfast was our favourite with the make-to-order omelette station. What really made our trip was the staff members that were always smiling and friendly to chat to. Special shout out to Pedro, Julien, and Angel who served us at the adult swim up bar. Their service was above and beyond! We also would like to thank Yolanda from the Mexican restaurant and Ayami, her beautiful smile and friendly demeanour always made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to Angelica who was our butler for the trip and did a fantastic job to check in on us throughout our stay to make sure we were taken care of. She also made sure we knew about any special events by personally informing us such as the “Senses” experience at the “The Grill”. Would highly recommend this resort and will be sure to recommend it to all our family and friends!

Getaway
The food is good. Bartenders are great (Pedro, Angel and Julian). Customer service is just ok not great. We struggled to find drinking water our second night. Beds are kind of hard. Towels are outdated. The first set of hand towels in our restroom were dirty. Some of the hand towels at the buffet are old. The Japanese restaurant has a dress code that is not enforced. Customer service at the restaurants was also great.
