So first unexpected fee due at check in , next get our room (we booked ocean view) when we get to our room out view was a kiddie pool area , I complained and they tried to tell me that was a ocean view due to direction of building lol !! I always book ocean view when ever I vacation on a beach and you could even see no part of the ocean , was eventually moved from a king room to a double bed room SMH but had the view I paid for … buffet was horrible , really nothing to do around the resort, you have to leave to enjoy .. the workers will tell you anything you won’t know what to believe !! I will never return

Feb 01, 2025BE FOREWARNED ABOUT SURPRISE FEE UPON CHECK-IN !!
We had booked a 2 bdrm unit for 7 nights. When checking in, we were surprised to find out that an $80 peso per night PER BEDROOM ($1,120 pesos or approx. $56 USD) needed to be paid upfront. This fee had never been disclosed in any paper work. We were offered to stay in the 1 bdrm unit and reduce the fee in half. The resort then rented out the other bedroom. Being these bedrooms were only separated by a door, you could clearly hear everything in the other room. Of course, we were not offered any refund of what we paid for the 2 bdrm unit. This is an all-inclusive hotel. We had called before reserving the unit and were told we did not need to use the all-inclusive option and could choose to buy meals onsite as needed. This made sense as other all inclusive properties allow guests to buy meals without using the all-inclusive option. To our surprise, this was not true at Krystal Grand.

We had a fantastic time. Altitude rooms are the way to go for the price. No complaints, food drinks staff all top notch. Angelica was the best, she took care of anything we needed. Always has a smile and willing to help. All the restaurants were fantastic.

Great Cabo trip!
Jonhy is the best!!! Great customer service and I would come back here just for his friendly personality and the way he was able to help us! He was very patient with us when we had a family emergency. I wish I could take Jonhy could be with us everywhere!

Great drinks
We have had a great estate in the crystal Grand Los Cabos all the stuff is very friendly bartender's are excellent the waiters the chief concierge has been very helpful when we was driving to get an extension for one night that was no necessary but he was very accessible to get this a very nice rate we hope to come back to this beautiful place and enjoy another vacation everybody is so so friendly and we invite to everybody to stay in this beautiful property
