Amazing! Loved it
Such a great trip! Aaron the bartender in the Altitude Club is incredible - he’s so professional and amazing at cocktails. Having him mix the best cocktails was the favorite part of the trip! We loved the options of being able to find different vibes around the property - quiet for reading, music time, lots of different food options… the beach is great and beautiful. We were there for turtle hatchings each morning and that was magical, too. Would definitely come again. The staff were great but Aaron was the best!

Aaron is amazing at making delicious drinks
I stayed here for 1 week and the guacamole and adult pool were fantastic. The margarita pizza at the Italian restaurant is terrific. The best bar is the altitude club and Aaron is hands down the best bartender in the entire resort and makes the best cocktails. Hopefully you can find him.

Great place!
Left my backpack in our transit from the airport to Krystal grand which had very valuable stuff in it but I got it back safe and sound from the help of Luis in front lobby and Arnoldo (our WestJet rep) could not thank them enough! do not understand the negative reviews for this hotel it’s been great!

Lovely holiday
The staff have gone above and beyond, and always positive. Aquiles was amazing on our first day to help us find the right room for us. The resort could do a better job of communication about the various activities and events. For example, we had trouble finding out about the wine tasting and the DJ party among other things. Angel worked very hard to take orders and deliver drinks and food at the Adult Pool. The resort is very clean, including the rooms. The rating of 4 is because of the hard working and friendly staff. The beach is lovely. The Art Walk in downtown San Jose del Cabo was excellent.

NOOOOOO!!!!! I wouldn’t come back if it was free! Either they are paying guests to lie in these reviews or they’re paying google to delete the bad reviews. They put us in a different building across the street. When we complained they put us in a closer building but with no view or balcony. But it did come with roaches. The food was garbage. The best meal we had all week was pizza from the pool bar which I waited 40 minutes to get fresh. Alcohol? Every bar is “waiting to be restocked” of premium brands. So Smirnoff and captain is your top shelf. If you book through a time share scam/discount the front desk knows it and will treat you like trash. Nobody is happy at this place. I feel bad for the people that paid to upgrade their rooms because they said it’s still the same terrible service.
