Dec 30, 2024Not good resort for teens or young adults
The resort was not very accommodating. The entertainment was either for smaller kids or adults. Not many things for teenagers to do. The swim up pool would have been great but or teenager was not allowed as it was an adult pool. Foam party was in adult pool and volleyball.

Dec 30, 2024Staff members were very helpful, happy, and fun, a staff member (Marko) was our favourite!!!
Very comfortable and had all the VIP experience , my family said the same about the staff and resort. I will definitely be back next December and hope to see the same staff again, all the food establishments were excellent especially the buffet.

We enjoyed the infinity pool and beach. The bed was super comfortable. Restaurants were hit and miss and the reservation system needs improvement for the restaurants. Wifi is terrible. The staff work hard. Paulo at the bar had a great personality. Marco was amazing to deal with. He helped us get a reservation into a restaurant when we were told it was booked by other staff and he also found us two chairs around the pool after arriving from a day trip. Was really the onlyworker to ask how our stay was and if we had concerns (like the wifi). Thanks Marco!

This resort needs to decide whether they are an adult only resort or a family resort. The breakfast was horrible lunch was by far the best meal and supper was satisfactory at best. Al Lecarts where impossible to book always full and when you went to try and get into one without reservation they always had space and made it the end of the world that you did not have reservation.All activities where done in adult pool and they kicked my 17 Year old son out of pool volleyball. Staff where very strict everywhere but mainly around pools couldn’t throw balls around as they made a splash it was tough as a family of four with 19,17 year old boys to enjoy ourselves. Night shows where only 40 min long and after shows there is nothing for kids to do as the kids area fills up and they wouldn’t let my older boy in until 9:30. They also kicked or 17 YR old out of sports bar at 8 pm while we where watch world JR hockey game not even this strict in Canada lol overall as a family resort this is not a good choice for an adult only resort it would be fine but still not great.

Amazing stay!
This facility was fantastic. We enjoyed the fun activities and beautiful ocean view. The staff and dinners were amazing. Daily activities run by Edgar and Damian were a blast. The A/C in the rooms was phenomenal. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!
