    Cayman Condo Stay

    We loved our stay here. It is a condo, so the pool is quiet and there aren't any bars or restaurants on site. However, there is one right next door at the Marriott, and directly across the street and along the strip. The beach is crystal clear, and you can snorkel right of the beach. It has a sandy entry, and some rocks and coral right off the beach for easy exploring. We rented a two bedroom and we loved it. Great screened in porch with views to ocean even though we were not ocean front, and the place we rented was spotless. I'd stay here again. After exploring the island, we really were happy with the location of this condo.

    Beach at Regal Beach Club

    The pictures noted here need to be update! Yes, there is a beach in front of Regal Beach Club. Like many areas along Seven Mile Beach, there is natural, seasonal erosion where the beach may fluctuate over time. Even during periods of erosion, guests can still access the water directly from the condo for swimming and snorkeling. Fortunately, over the last few months, the beach has returned and is in great condition. Visitors can now enjoy long walks along the length of Seven Mile Beach and experience its beauty firsthand. 🌴🌊

    Not recommended

    As others mentioned there’s no beach here and the water is not as nice as the north of the seven mile beach. On top of that, there’s a construction next door, which starts at 9am and quite loud. Our flight is in the evening, we were made to check out at 10am with no luggage room and washroom options. The condos are really nice, however, I wouldn’t be coming back here.

    Great Condo Stay Close to Everything

    This was a great condo for two couples and we really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless, management was excellent and the overall property well maintained. There are great casual restaurants (Peppers, Coconut Joes, Ms Pipers and Cimboco’s) that we ate at during our stay, all within walking distance. I saw the Trip Advisor reviews about Regal Beach Club’s beach photos which I didn’t see before I booked, so I wasn’t disappointed due to the lack of a beach. I’m sure the difference was due to a hurricane and not anything Regal Beach Club did. There isn’t a beach right now but there was still good snorkeling there. There are also excellent access to public beaches along most properties and there is a nice beach about 2-3 minutes away by car (Governor’s Beach). Amy in the office was very nice and allowed us a late check out and when they found an item my wife left at the condo unit after we checked out, she drove to the airport to return it to my wife which was really appreciated (and above/beyond what would be expected).

    Do not book!!!

    DO NOT BOOK!!! Do not go if you want sand on the beach!!!!!!Regal beach claims that they a beach front property when in fact there’s no beach just ocean!!! Pictures of beaches are all over their website and on other travel websites, but there is no beach!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT BEST!!!! Shameful!!!
