Feb 19, 2025The best server on the entire beach!
Makati on the beach was Awesome!! One of the BEST servers!! He always checked on us and made sure our stay was flawless. Our cups were always full and the drinks were cold. Every morning Makati helped us with getting beach towels and set them on our chairs. When he said he would be back to check on us, he was! He made our stay so enjoyable!

The beach experience is simply amazing! We were lucky to have Raphael as our server! He was kind and attentive! 10/10. The beach is nice and quiet. If I could have been on the beach everyday I would have. The DR is a beautiful place with nice people!

Amazing Family Experience
We had a great experience at the resort and especially wanted to highlight the amazing time our 5 year old son had - the service and care he received at the Kids Club was fantastic. There were a variety of activities for kids of all ages throughout the day, it was very well organized and most importantly a lot of fun for our son.

Amazing
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This has to be one of the most amazing resorts in Punta Cana. The food amazing, the rooms amazing , the concierge wonderful. Ariel our concierge did not disappoint he is Excellent. Hansel amazing service. This has to be one of the best experience I’ve had!!!

Everything you want in an all-inclusive resort
I can't recommend Palma Real Resort enough—it’s the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and adventure. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Definitely will be returning!! What truly made the experience memorable was the incredible service. Every team member, from the concierge to the waitstaff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests and want to make every moment special.
