    Fabulous- I wouldn’t hesitate to book a room and even look into fractional ownership as we have. This has been an all e.

    We have had outstanding service from our Butler, Clemente and his colleague Guillermo. They have been extremely accessible and helpful on questions and reservations making our stay fully enjoyable. Ones stay isn’t complete without the sweet housekeeper, Jaquelin. She was very kind and performed her meticulous duties without even noticing. Always leaves our 3 bedroom Res Villa spotless and clean. Last, the guys at SkyGym, Cesar and Oscar have been very instructive and helpful in using the equipment. They go out of their way to ensure my time spent is efficient and worth the visit.

    Welcoming, relaxing, efficient, thoughtful, helpful , good English to understand, we are thankful!

    Glad to have a choice in pillows since otherwise my neck gets sore. Had great choices. Our welcome gift was great for the three of us but one was allergic to shrimp. The second week welcome gift was not shrimp since they remembered the allergy and gave us seared tuna appetizer instead. Very thoughtful and delicious. Our needs were met with a simple phone call and pleasant smile.

    GREAT place for a vacay

    Fantastic place. We stayed in the residences which was an awesome option for a young family like ours - access to the whole resort but a private pool & kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every day. Staff is great (Daniel is the best butler & caesar in the gym is awesome). Highly recommend!

    Pilar and Monse A+++++

    We had a lovely house keeper, Pilar that was so sweet to have take care of the house during our stay. She was so thorough, cleaned and made everything sparkle. In addition, she was friendly and kind. Highly recommend her services and loved her disposition. We also so appreciated Monse. Also could not of appreciated enough the help and work that Monse did for us during our stay. Just fabulous staff. We appreciated it.

    Another amazing week at Hacienda Encantada

    The villas in the Residences are amazing. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful accommodations. Monserrat was our butler. As we had used her in the past, she did not disappoint. In fact, she exceeded our expectations. She delivered on all of our requests to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Monserrat.
