Pretty dated hotel worn out furnishings, smells a bit musty. Pretty poor service couldn’t get food or even a drink at 9:30.

I feel like I went to a different hotel. I was there for a long layover. I didn’t have hot water. The towels were old and I didn’t have soap or a laundry bag in the room. Shuttle took 30 minutes longer than they said it would and I had to call three times.

Staying at Riande Aeropuerto was the perfect choice before my flight. The hotel has everything a traveler could ask for — spacious rooms, a beautiful pool, and a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by gardens. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile. I booked my stay through Oferta24.com, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Everything went smoothly, and the price was excellent for the quality of the service. It really made my trip stress-free and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay close to the airport but still wants to relax and enjoy a pleasant environment. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip!

Wonderful Stay at the Riande Aeropuerto Hotel
We stayed at the property for two nights in July 2025. I was in the city taking my dog to see a veterinary surgeon. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone at the property: reception, restaurant staff, housekeeping and ground staff, were amazingly helpful and accommodating. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome during our stressful situation. Thank you so much to the staff of Riande Airport Hotel!

a very disappointed return
as a frequent and always happy user of the Riande although they are not what they used to be even with the competition right next door.....the room was ok....the bed not so with an oversided topper that did not fit the underlying matrass, the bed was made up with only a fitted and a top sheet that were extremely worn, covered in "pills" and the same old pillow cases...thus a very uncomfortable nights sleep..The duvet i found in the closet had no cover and when i spread it out on the bed is had blood stains...and with my early morning rise readying for the airport i found 2 dead (thank god) cockroaches on the floor at the end of the bed.... I did complain upon checking out and they promised to get back to me but now a week later i have still to hear from them.....
