We had a great time. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The pools provided lots of fun, especially some of the activities and games that were periodically scheduled. The resort was very clean and the staff was incredible. Good food! Great drinks! We would go again!

the rooms are updated and clean the only downfall were the beds were twins,queen would have been more comfortable

Had a wonderful stay. Food was good. Property is beautiful. However, on my last day I did have GI upset and I never drank water from the tap, but I did have ice in my drinks.

My family and I had a great time,
This was our first time in Cancun and we went to celebrate our Granddaughters 16th Birthday! They made it very special for her, The rooms are good but they could add a few more pillows as they were small.The staff are amazing ! The buffet was good but I feel it could be a little different at times, It was almost the same choices every night on a lot of food. Dont get me wrong It was still very good just gets predictable,They should also use the exercise area from 7 pm to 9 pm for the parties so that the kids and family can be part of it, That’s what they do in Nuevo. Over all it’s a great place ,

Spring Break Policies -

2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
