Great customer service means following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude & providing knowledgeable resources, but that you also take things a step further to exceed, rather than just meet expectations. That’s exactly what Noah did during our 1st trip to Mazatlan! He paid attention to all the details to make sure everything is going well with our journey in Mexico. This is our last day in Mazatlan & We would like to thank Noah for his service & looking forward to come again to make new memories!

Excellent trip would go again Service was good and people nice Beach is nice for waking but not a high beach for swimming

2nd Visit
The waiter to look for in the Sports Bar is Luis, he makes the best drinks anywhere. I was there 8 years ago and love his chocolate martini. When I visited this time he did remember me and my drink. The rooms in the new section are much nicer and larger than the main hotel.

First time in Mexico and first time at a RIU resort. Highly recommend the RIU resorts. Food (all buffets) were great (except for Bamboo...not a fan of the staff). Pool bar runners were very handy and very courteous. Loved teaching them English while they taught us Spanish. Only one pool was warm enough for us & having 5 to choose from became important. Rooms were dated, but not a deal breaker as we were in it just to sleep. Ocean view room was a must have. The overall experience was awesome and I would go back because for the price.

Riu Emerald Bay
Riu has a repeat return costumer here! The property is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach! Sunsets are amazing! 🌅 The people make it though. All staff are Amazing!! 💛 We absolutely loved this resort. The grounds are impeccable. So much variety in pools from party to peaceful! Food is beyond amazing. Special thanks to Carlos Daniel Galindo. The Al a Carte experience was next level! Thank you to all the Riu people for an amazing trip! Two weeks January 3-17 18 floor first week 20 floor second week (upgraded to jacuzzi suite) Unbelievable!! Elevators were fine Highly recommend this property for a delightful vacation!
