It was an amazing experience staying at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was great and delicious. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Excellent Stay
This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at this resort and it was excellent. We stayed 10 days. Pools and beach are very nice with lots of chairs. Good bar service by pools and on beach. The food is very good and the drinks are decent. Cappuccino at the beach bar was excellent! The waterslides are well maintained and very fun. This resort is excellent value for the money spent and definitely will return.

Hotel was great!
Hotel was great,clean, beach was awesome. Hotel staff was very attentive, used the app to get a few things for the room and they responded within minutes. Would recommend and would return back to this property. Food choices we also good, only booked the one restaurant.. during new years week it was not overally busy. Spent everyday on the beach to the left side when looking at the ocean. It was very quiet and relaxing. Great trip

Excellent Family Stay Watching Sunsets
We had a great time with our 7 year old. Excellence service, heated pools, beautiful clean beach and good food. We were on the 11th floor and the elevators were not an issue. The drinks were great and we appreciated the mini bar. Ocean views from the balcony were spectacular. Our daughter loved the kids entertainment. Only slight critique is the specialty restaurants are not all that different from the buffets. Still good but not "special". For the price we paid, in comparison to Cancun/Mayan Riviera where we normally go, we were extremely happy with the hotel and overall value.
