Como siempre la estadia en ese hotel es satisfactoria, cada vez que escogemos ese lugar regresamos muy contentos y con ganas de volver

Apr 02, 2025Fantastic Stay at Riu Guanacaste
We had an amazing family vacation at Riu Guanacaste. My husband and I traveled with our 4yo. At first we were given a room in the old section, however there were noticeable issues with the room that we could not ignore, so we went back to reception and they offered us a room in the new section which suited our needs. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well and the water pressure in the shower was great. There was an endless selection of delicious food at the two buffets. Although the buffet in the new section was smaller, we preferred it as there were less people, it was quieter and the servers were more attentive. With regards to the a la carte restaurants, the early dining worked well for us and we really enjoyed the Mexican and Asian restaurants. We arrived between 5:30-5:45 and stood in line for no more than 10 minutes and were always able to get a table. However, I can understand this might not be a suitable option for those wanting to dine later. My son really enjoyed the kids pool area and we spent lots of time by the pool in the new section which was warm and clean. The drinks at the pool bar in the new section were always good and the ice cream shop was a great place to satisfy a sweet tooth. My only complaint would be the quality of the water in the pool in the older section. We did notice the water was not very clean. I imagine this will be addressed during the renovation. We stuck to the pool in the new section because of this. The beach is public with some vendors, but there are respectful and will walk away if you say "no thank you". There were plenty of lounge chairs and some shaded areas as well. The walk to the Monkey Bar is well worth the ten minute walk along the beach and we got to see some monkeys up close.

Very clean hotel
The overall staff was courteous and friendly. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, grounds, restaurant, and pool areas. The staff responded quickly to room request for service. It would have been nice to have both elevators working. The entertainment team was awesome! Only one concern I had was with registration "Kevin" was not friendly and seem to have a bad attitude. .

Excelente
Es un hotel que, desde que lo conocí por primera vez me atrapó, he tenido la oportunidad de visitarlo tres veces y siempre deseo volver, me gusta mucho el trato amable de todo el personal y son muy serviciales. En sí se pasa muy bien y relajado.

Experiencia Increíble en el Hotel Riu Guanacaste
Disfruté mucho las vacaciones en el Hotel Riu Guanacaste. El servicio fue excelente, la comida deliciosa y las actividades muy entretenidas. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo para quienes buscan una experiencia única y relajante en la playa!
