    First Trip To Riu Jalisco

    For my first time in Mexico, I enjoyed my trip overall. The location is perfect and warm, and the service was good. I would like to come again!!

    Fun for the entire Family

    We went on a large group vacation with our family, with ages ranging from 8 months to 70 years old. There was always something going on for everyone to enjoy, whether it be sports, games, fitness classes, shows, or anything you can think of. Some of the food was great, some of it was just alright, but no complaints for the price we paid for the vacation package. Every member of the staff was friendly, amazing, and we only had great interactions. The kids' pool is amazing and tons of fun, and with Riuland nearby where they can go in for a break from the sun and do other supervised activities, it was perfect. Some of the younger members of our party frequented the nightclub and bars and met great people in the process. Beach was private and clean. We would visit this resort again.

    The check in and out went quickly. The room on the 5th floor and all amenities were very good and we would definitely stay here again.

    Good value

    This is a good resort for the price. Buffet food, pool, beach, and activities. We loved the yoga & stretching instructor; I can't remember her name but it started with an A. Front desk was responsive. It is a bit loud so be aware that without earplugs you might get very little sleep. Beds are comfortable. Uber from to PV & SP/Sayulita is about 40 minutes.

    Excellent resort

    Fantastic trip! Food excellent. Rooms small but very clean and worked just fine. Pool was refreshing and fun. I am returning guest and will be back. Cons Bartenders wearing blue gloves while serving drinks which is fine but then using cloths and continuing to serve guests in same gloves for hours at a time hands not being washed because you can’t wash plastic gloves it’s just spreading infection to guests very odd for sanitary reasons. Line ups at bars during busy times only one bartender All staff worked incredibly hard and did what they could!
