The entertainment staff is great!!!! They make our days and nights so enjoyable. Chocolate, happy boy, donkey, DJ spaghetti they are all great! THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! The rooms were always fully stocked and clean, all the staff helped us with all we need. The above mentioned definitely deserves a promotion they are such great representation of this beautiful resort, the bar is quick and delicious and I have enjoyed every meal.

Food is amazing, you will definitely find something for yourself, rooms are being throughly cleaned and staff is very communicative. Shoutout to happy boy from the entertainment team, doing a great job. If you’re looking for a chill hotel with nice views, its a good shot

Great time had by all!
Im not usually a review writer. In fact this is my first one and I am a world traveller. This is my 2nd two week stay at the Bachata. I was at the resort 3 times when it was a RUI. I have stayed at almost all of the resorts in Puerto plata and Sousa and caberete . Us girls keep coming back. You can't go wrong with this resort. Lots of beach, busy pool, quiet pool, shopping on the beach or in the mangrove behind the senator. Visit Kala at Coco Lemon tell her Chef Connie from Canada sent you. Visit Carlos at Crazy lobster down the beach and tell him Tracy and Connie sent you. We are connie and Tracey from room 1628 thank you for second floor in this block we loved it! Checkin was easy and friendly. Thank you again Rosirita . The rooms are basic and very clean maid service and repair service excellent if you have a problem. Thank you Eddy for the extra blankets. Hot water was plentiful this trip. Yes beach chairs are tired and I hope they have better ones for next years try as we are coming for 28 days because we love it here. Food yes became repetitious as it does at all resorts but they as well have to use leftovers no different then in restaurants and homes in Canada so that shouldn't be a shock. REMEMBER its nice and its fresh and our food at home is not. you can taste the freshness,. Thank you Ramone for great omelettes in the morning! PS You can't tell me you can't find something to eat here even for the picky ones, the variety is huge. Last year I thought the steakhouse was better than Italian this year I thought Italian fair was better than steak house the salmon rocked. and chicken Milanese . PS another shout our to Magdalena and Juan. Thank you for excellent service. RRRRRR as well in in the steak house you always make us laugh. Carmen thank you again for your service in the dining area we will see you again next year for our 3 rd year. Lets talk bars ... Marlena, liz and Rosario you have been my go to and remembered me and the girls as soon as you saw us. You treat us like family. Thank you. To all the waitstaff and bar staff thank you. The lovely lady who cleans the bar the big white one ( we call it the temple) your work does not go unnoticed. You always have a warm smile and hug for me. Ladies cleaning the bathrooms as well. PLEASE TIP THEM as well they deserve it. Bathrooms are always stocked and clean. I will actually go in with bare feet. To the older gentleman cleaning in our area of the yards you always had a warm smile and hello in the morning. You work hard in that sun and I wanted to say a thank you to you as well. Young man who's name I didn't get in the coffee shop. he's tall with glasses . Thank you for remembering my order every morning! Teddy Bear in the cigar shop. thank you for the phone service! Hoping Donkey is ok and is back to work and being careful. The shows are excellent, the BBQ were delicious and taco day was my FAV! Thank you to everyone for your hard work!

The best vacation 🥰🥰
My partner and I had a great time, we loved being there, we had a romantic dinner ❤️good service, Madonna's entertainment was very good girl 🥰🥰 the food is very good, the view of the beach was beautiful,🥰🥰🥰🥰the entertainment guys' games were very fun hehe I give the hotel a 100 🥰🥰

First time at resort.
We arrived on February 4 and still here until 18th of February. Total of 4 people for 2 weeks and 2 for 1 week all family . The resort is great and food is good and the entertainment team kept us busy especially Happy boy, skye,Madonna, and Butterfly . The resort workers were there always cleaning up too.
