The housekeeping need to do a better job, and the specialty dinning need major attention you can not serve worst food than the buffet, awful its even hard to reserve you expect to have an amazing meal but instead bad food and mediocre service.

Wonderful hotel and staff. This is our 3rd visit and it certainly won’t be our last! Wonderful, friendly staff. From check in to check out amazing. Special thanks to Damien and all of the entertainment team, they made our holiday so special. Thank you RUI.

A+ Riu Montego Bay
Was a beautiful, clean, well run resort. Food and drinks were excellent. So many choices for food that even the pickiest person would be able to find something to eat. The entertainment was great each night. Be ready for a lot of laughs. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

Feb 19, 2025Loved our resort but the male staff flirt too much!
First time in Montego and what a ball. The room was nice and spacious. For the resort to be busy, it was quiet in our room which is a plus. What bothered me and my girlfriends was the aggressive flirting at dinner. A young man Johnoin and other server were saying things as a married women I don’t condone. I asked for supervisor but our driver shortly came after.

Everyday I (We) was there we had a great time...from excursions to the entertainment. We can't wait to come back.
