This place Is a disaster. Spring break for adults drinking all day. The rooms have no walls and people are screaming all night. People were puking in garbage pails. We moved next door and it was not much better Good news is I lost 6 pounds The employees were very nice.

What an amazing place to vacation! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and entertaining. The food was delicious, especially Pepes for lunch where the long wait in line was worth the wait for their unbelievable jerk chicken (best chicken i've ever had). The water slide park was clean and fun. The ocean front room had a beautiful view, clean, comfortable and fridges well stocked and restocked quickly on request. The pools were abundant, well maintained and had lots of lounge chairs. We had an issue with our door the second day and were quickly reassigned to a different room with a somehow better view. The only thing I wish I could change is for the beach to have been a bit bigger and had access to the ocean with waves. Only a 15 minute bus ride from the airport. The best vacation i’ve ever had I wish I never had to leave.

Airline comp was better than scheduled stay
After a day of airline delays and cancelation issues, Delta put us up in the Riu Montego Bay resort. Which turned into a better stay than my previous week long vacation, made me wish I had stayed in the Riu Resort. My next trip to the islands will be at a Riu Resort .

I was pleasantly surprised by my trip! The hotel was perfectly and conveniently located. The rooms were not bad, but I did notice a little bit of a stench outside of our room. The entertainment was sufficient, and we really enjoyed it.

Great but..
When we vacation, it's 4 or 5 stars. We usually go to Sandals. This RIu was great! The property is lovely, and the atmosphere felt like there was something for everyone's age, background, group, type, etc. The biggest problem is the food. It isn't very good. For example, I was excited to see chili at the buffet. It didn't have any chili powder.
