Love this place this was our third visit in 3years the refurbishment is lovely,we really like the relaxing feel this hotel gives no rush drink and food available 24 hrs staff exceptional friendly and polite we have a great laugh with all the bar staff who sing and entertain all day

Really liked this RIU and have been to Reggae as well. Food was good but Reggae was better. Staff was great except for the beach party bartender, she seemed annoyed that I was tipping in JA and wanted to know if the front desk gave it to me. No and none of her business. Tips stopped for her that night. Beach is nice but could be cleaner. Guests could too. Very little table service for drinks is disappointing. Room cleaning could be better. Shorting us towels, to and Kleenex even after asking with a tip. Overall I like what RIU has to offer.

Vacation get away 🏃♂️
Exceptional staff , clean room and an insanely wide selection of food. Check in process was very simple . Just know almost any question you need answered check the RIU app it has everything , remember to book reservations in advance the steak house was impeccable and I was impressed with the staff swift service. Everything tasted fresh . The entertainment as astonishing, this was grade A entertainment.

Beautiful hotel
I would highly recommend. Great rooms, excellent service and the location is beautiful. Lots of great food options, spoiled for choice.

Had a great time. Staff was friendly and entertainment was good. Would suggest only that your mango machines have backups or get replaced as we couldn’t get those as slushies most days at the pool bars.
