    Great Looking Reno

    Overall the resort was in great shape. Clean and well maintained. The options with the food were excellent. A couple of draw backs, cutting and blowing the grass at 7:30 in the morning was not good, very loud. Also be careful of the sandbugs and around the pool. Should have sprayed the lounge chairs. I personally got eaten alive.

    Overall excellent. Great weather, property has been updated from what I understand - my wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied. Rooms were slightly smaller from what we've experienced at other resorts in the past - my wife was awakened by late night partiers a couple times (nothing a nap can't fix by the pool ). Riu wants you to use thier "App" to schedule reservations - not the cleanest / easiest item to use as I expereinced difficulty jumping around on thier WiFi from pool to building, etc; - meaning the connection / connectivity to schedule, review or use their WiFi wasn't excellent. (OK, but not excellent).

    holiday of dreams

    well where do I start, this hotel and the staff are amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the mini bar and optics were a fabulous touch, the restaurants were all spot on, the food was well cooked and lots of choice, the swimming pools were never too busy and there was plenty of room on the beach too. The entertainment crew were incredible, they worked so hard and the Riu parties were unforgettable, we had the best time and can't wait to come back next year

    The customer service was excellent. The staff must be commended as they made me feel comfortable to vacation in my count

    It was excellent, I felt good to vacation in my own country. The ambiance was beautiful. The employees had great customer service.
